Hello everyone, my name is Temitayo Akano Kingsley, and I am the CEO of Renacreative Agency Limited. Today, I want to share a message with all the young Nigerians and Africans out there who are struggling to make ends meet.

Life is not fair. It's a harsh truth, but one that we must all come to terms with sooner or later. Many of you may be relaxed and comfortable right now, relying on your parents for pocket money and a place to sleep. But what happens when you finish school or your NYSC, and you're suddenly on your own? Where do you go from there? The reality is that the job market in Nigeria is tough, and it's becoming increasingly difficult for graduates to find work. But that doesn't mean you should sit around and wait for something to happen. You need to take action and start working towards your future, even if it means starting small. As someone who has been through this myself, I know how challenging it can be. I grew up in a humble home in Nigeria, but I was determined to make something of myself. I worked hard and pursued my dreams, and today, I am proud to say that I am the CEO of my own company. So, to all the young Nigerians and Africans out there, I urge you to take action now. Learn a skill, work hard, and never give up on your dreams. Here are some steps you can take:

Learn a Skill:
One of the best things you can do for yourself is to learn a skill as early as possible. Whether it's web development, graphic design, or cooking, there's always something you can learn that will help you in the long run. Once you've acquired a skill, start executing it and put in the hard work and dedication required to make it successful.

Work Hard and Smart:
Live as though you're in a reality where you have no support, and work as hard and as smart as possible. This way, when you finish school or find yourself in a tough situation, you'll have something to lean on. You'll have the confidence and the skills needed to succeed, even when the odds are stacked against you.

Don't Give Up on Your Dreams:
I know it's not easy. I know it's tough to see your peers living comfortably while you struggle. But trust me when I say that the hard work and dedication you put in now will pay off in the future. You'll be able to stand on your own two feet and take pride in the fact that you built something for yourself from the ground up.

It's true that in Nigeria, many people don't realize the importance of being independent until it's almost too late. The reality is that not everyone will have the opportunity to work for a big company like Chevron or a prestigious hospital.

This is why it's so important for young people to start building their skills and working towards their goals as early as possible. I know it can be frustrating to feel like you're not where you're supposed to be in life, especially if you graduated with top grades and expectations for a certain type of job. But the truth is that life doesn't always work out the way we expect it to.But don't let that discourage you. So to all the young Nigerians and Africans out there, I urge you to take action now. Learn a skill, work hard, and never give up on your dreams.

In conclusion, the road to success is never easy, but it's always worth it. So to all the young Nigerians and Africans out there, I urge you to keep working hard, stay motivated, and never give up on your dreams. With the right attitude and a willingness to put in the work, anything is possible.Remember, life is not fair, but you have the power to make it work for you. Don't wait for someone to hand you a job or a chance at success. Create your own opportunities and build your own future. You can do it!Thank you for reading, and I wish you all the best on your journey to success.
