Reed Alexander's Horror Review of 'Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday' (1993)
Again, not sure why this installment of the Friday the 13th (F13) franchise was so universally hated on. In my review of Jason X (aka Jason in Space!) I mentioned fans of the franchise placed the original run on WAY too fucking high a pedestal. Five, in my opinion, is really the worst and it's more about what it wasn't than what it was.

'Happy Death Day 2U'
As this film began, I felt an overwhelming sense of relatability to the main characters; this is because, just as they were experiencing the same day over and over again, I felt as if I was watching a film that I had seen 100 times before. This isn't an offhand remark about this film being too similar to its predecessor as I haven't ever seen the first film and after seeing its sequel, I don't plan to.

It was a shadow person who peered over me while I was studying, and I was pretty sure I wasn't hallucinating. I looked directly at it, it didn't move. Then I blinked, and it was gone. Reed Alexander's Horror Review of 'Ghost Team' (2016)
I'll be blunt. This movie was wholly predictable. But, in this case that's okay. You shouldn't be expecting any twists in this lovable little horror comedy. The movie was disappointingly not as violent as I was expecting. It wore the badge "Unrated" on Netflix, but there are two types of unrated films. Films so shocking, the producers knew they couldn't get them past the ratings people. And films were they ran out of money and could pay for the ratings people. Unfortunately, this was the latter. The "Unrated" badge here is just a clever way to make the movie more enticing. I'd put it at about PG-13 with a little too much swearing to keep that rating.

Haunted Locations Around the World (Pt. 1)
Odeon Cinema In 1946, 2000 people attended the Odeon Cinema in Bristol to watch the movie, The Light That Failed. The main character, early on in the film, was blinded after being shot—when at the exact same time, with the audience completely unaware, 33-year-old cinema manager Robert Parrington Jackson was shot dead in his office in the same building. The father of four was discovered at 6:45 PM by the cinema café supervisor and died in hospital later that evening. The murder is still officially unsolved, despite a confession by a Welsh criminal on is deathbed in 1989.

Kashima Reiko Kashima Reiko was a woman who lived in Hokkaido, Japan. She was out late one night when she was attacked by a group of men who beat her and left her for dead. After no one heard Kashima's cry for help, she tried to crawl to safety until she collapsed on a train track and was cut in two by a passing train. Her body was severed at the waist.

My Review of 'Velvet Buzzsaw'
Velvet Buzzsaw is a Netflix exclusive that stars a whole slew of Hollywood stars. It's an interesting take on the horror genre that's original, but I'm worried that it may be catering to specific tastes. It might not appeal to the general public.
