The Legacy of Genocidal Maniacs and the Father of It All.

I posted a piece earlier today on Meta, and the engagement lent to the discussion of what Trump will be remembered for. I believe that the end will be less than what he conceived, but he will absolutely be remembered for something.

Being one of the worst Presidents in the history of the United States of America, and I don't say that lightly because to kick off this post we're going to discuss the architect of the legacy that has become nothing short of horror for America.

But who is the Architect? Well, a name that anyone with Native ancestry recoils at: Andrew Jackson, that is Old Hickory.

First, in order to unpack and understand the current state of American politics, you have to stop looking at Andrew Jackson as a "populist hero," as so many of the past have, and start seeing him as the Architect of Systematic Elimination.

While others before him held prejudice, Jackson was the first to weaponize the Office of the Presidency to bypass the Law of the Land in favor of blood and soil.

For Jackson, the defining moment of his legacy isn't a bank war; it is his response to the 1832 Supreme Court ruling Worcester v. Georgia.

When the Court defended Cherokee sovereignty, Jackson effectively said, "The Chief Justice has made his decision; now let him enforce it."

By intentionally ignoring the judiciary to carry out the Indian Removal Act, Jackson established the "Strongman" blueprint: a leader who believes his "mandate from the people" places him above the Constitution.

This lawlessness led directly to the Trail of Tears, a state-sanctioned death march that cleared the path for a specific, white-supremacist vision of America.

That moves me to the student. The student was the Father of the Fourth Reich, Adolf Hitler. Under a "colonized lens" of history the Holocaust is often treated as an isolated European anomaly.

In reality, it was an imported American methodology, one first utilized by you guessed it - Old Hickory.

Adolf Hitler was an open admirer of the American "clearing of the soil." In Mein Kampf, and later in his private conversations, Hitler praised the way the United States "gunned down millions of Redskins" to make room for "racially pure" settlers.

To add to it, Hitler didn't have to look far for a legal framework; Nazi lawyers and the drafters of the Nuremberg Laws meticulously studied U.S. Federal Indian Law.

They were fascinated by how the American government could categorize Indigenous people as "wards of the state"—essentially stripping them of citizenship and personhood without technically violating the concept of "democracy" for the dominant race.

The concentration camp, the reservation, and the forced relocation were not German inventions; they were Jacksonian legacies perfected by a student who recognized the "Father of It All."

Finally, that brings me to the Successor. The claiming of the crown, as it were . This lineage did not end in 1945.

When we see the portrait of Andrew Jackson hanging in the modern Oval Office, it is a deliberate signal. It is an embrace of the "Strongman" who views the law as a suggestion and "the other" as an infestation.

We are currently witnessing a President who seeks to "dethrone" Jackson only by pushing his tactics to their modern extreme.

The rhetoric remains identical:

1. The Dehumanization: Labeling people as "poisoning the blood" or "infestations."
2. The Judicial Defiance: Attacking the courts and the "deep state" whenever they attempt to uphold human rights.
3. The Executive Overreach: Using the military for mass deportations and "cleansing" the land.

All of it is a clear hierarchy of evil. And I am not here to rank presidents based on policy mistakes or economic shifts. I am discussing a hierearchy of inherent value. This is a direct line that runs from Jackson's defiance of the Supreme Court to Hitler's Lebensraum, and finally to this authoritarian movement we are seeing unleashed on American soil.

Andrew Jackson is absolutely the Father of this system. He proved that a President could commit genocide, ignore the law, and still be celebrated on the currency of the nation he scarred, and to be honored and have countless monuments, locations and admirations made unto him while being one of the wickedest men to ever hold the Office. We must stop that, and reject viewing history through the colonized lens as we watch the crown being passed down from one genocidal maniac to the next.

All of this is emphasized by Hitler’s praise for the "efficiency" of the American frontier in his Table Talk records, how Jackson deflected the law with the Worcester v Georgia defiance being a birthpoint for American executive lawlessness, and this can all be connected clearly by taking a peek into the 1935 Prussian Memorandum, where Nazi jurists cited US race laws as a model for their own.

So, yes...47 will be remembered, but this time let's not repeat the mistakes our forefathers did with Jackson by giving him any kind of honor and when he finally leaves the mortal coil let us all continually hold up the mirror of truth so that no one else picks up this ideology and continues to abuse, steal, rape and kill innocent people that are their own countrymen.
