Head: Apply oil on the top of the head. Massage the whole head slowly and firmly with both hands.
Face: 4 times down, 4 times on the forehead, 4 times near the eyes, 4 times slowly on the eyes, 3 times on the cheeks, 3 times under the nostrils, 3 times under the chin back and forth, 3 times on the nose up and down , 3 times temple and forehead back and forth, 3 times full face down
Ears: Massage the earlobe well 7 times, do not go inside the ear.
Chest: Massage 7 times clockwise and 7 times anticlockwise
Stomach: 7 times slowly clockwise
sternum: up and down from fingertip 7 times
Shoulders: 7 times back and forth on the shoulders
Arms: 4 rounds on the shoulder joint, 7 times arm up and down, 4 times elbow, 7 times lower hand up and down, 4 times pull the palm up and down
Back: 8 times up and down with finger joints
legs: like hands
Paws: up and down soles 7 times, up and down heels 7 times, massage between the fingers and stretch the fingers
