Ant-Man and The Wasp: QUANTUMANIA
I just came back from watching Ant-Man and The Wasp and was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the movie was. Despite the hate it has been receiving, this film is one of the better offerings from Marvel in recent times. While the movie does have its flaws, such as cringey dialogue and some actors not quite hitting the mark with their performances, these issues didn't detract too much from my overall enjoyment of the film.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania review
With the third film in its dwindling superhero series, Marvel Studios makes an effort to elevate what has previously been their most ridiculous franchise into a legitimate MCU blockbuster, complete with high stakes, emotional drama, and significant mythology connected to the overarching Multiverse Saga. To its credit, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is able to scale up this journey without losing the uncomfortable, deadpan humour that makes Paul Rudd's portrayal of Scott Lang so lovable.

"Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantomania" is the third installment in the Ant-Man series, and it delivers on the humor, action, and adventure that fans have come to expect from the franchise. Directed by Peyton Reed, the movie stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne/The Wasp, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne. Joining the cast this time around is Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror, a time-traveling villain from the comics who is set to have a major impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future.

Netflix’s Lockwood and Co is Pretty Cool!
Yes, I’m a grown woman who watches YA fantasy shows, this surprises nobody at this point. But my standards have indeed changed with age and it’s (regrettably) more difficult for a show to keep my attention and keep me entertained. Otherwise I’d have so many more series to fill my time with. Alas, I bore more easily than I did at fifteen. Which is why I was actually pretty surprised to finish the first season of “Lockwood and Co” in two days, and it only took me this long because I had actual work to do.
