Underrated Superheroes
Scarlet Witch Okay obviously you knew she was going to be on the list, people have been sleeping on my girl since her first appearance in 1964, she has grown into one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel universe, an indisputable fact that people often refuse to acknowledge. House of M remains one of the greatest feats of power the comic book universe has ever seen and I personally can’t wait to see how they continue to grow her character and her powers in the MCU.

Forgotten Women in Comics
If you haven’t heard of it yet, my biggest pride and joy is my podcast Lady Comic Book History. I poured lots of time, effort and research into it and whenever I can get an episode out, I do. It's important work that means a lot to me and I feel so strongly about it that I am turning the idea of Lady Comic Book History into a book. I want the forgotten women of comics to be documented, recognized and remembered. That said I am going to start doing lists like this, consider them teasers as to the characters that I will be discussing in my book. And please listen to my podcast to find out about other incredible ladies that I have already talked about.

Top Ten List from a Big Fan
Back when I was happily married, I had written a little poem about two of my favorite actresses: Natalie Portman and Jennifer Lawrence. I said in my poem that either one of them could play me if there was a movie about my life. The fact is that Natalie has an Oscar award and Jennifer does not. It's a numbers game really. Natalie has been in more films. Natalie had over 7 movies as contenders for the award, while Jennifer only had 3 contenders.

Transmedia Storytelling Techniques in Star Wars & The Blair Witch Project.
Recently, creators have been turning to transmedia storytelling as a means to attract and retain viewers across a wide variety of digital channels. In transmedia storytelling, a single story or narrative is told across multiple media forms, each providing a new perspective. These forms of media include movies, books, video games, and social media. Artists use worldbuilding, character growth, and interactivity to keep their audiences interested. By studying established transmedia franchises, we can learn more about the methods that make the storytelling compelling in today's media climate. Two of my favorites are The Blair Witch Project and Star Wars.

Where did ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ Go Wrong?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe isn’t to everyone’s liking. And that’s alright—the whole point of a wide variety of entertainment media is that someone will hate one thing, but love something else. There is, however, no denying the appeal of the franchise. After all, Marvel Studios has been delivering films, shows, and specials consistently since 2008. Which is why we’re left with the question, what went wrong with ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’?

When the MCU first came onto the scene, it was praised as a bold new direction in storytelling.
