What is artificial intelligence (AI)?
How does AI work? As the hype around AI has accelerated, vendors have been scrambling to promote how their products and services use AI. Often what they refer to as AI is simply one component of AI, such as machine learning. AI requires a foundation of specialized hardware and software for writing and training machine learning algorithms. No one programming language is synonymous with AI, but a few, including Python, R and Java, are popular.

Review: Supergeek Designs
For nearly a decade, I've cosplayed some of the best cosplays. From Superman to Spider-Man, you name it. I've done over three dozen characters and have no plans of stopping. In this story, I'll be showing my appreciation and props to a costume company that I've been supporting since 2021. That would be none other than Supergeek Designs. In case you're not familiar with who they are, they have a plethora of authentic and quality superhero costumes, according to their website, from DC to Marvel characters. As of this writing, I own three costumes from them: Symbiote Spider-Man, Spider-Man (Sam Raimi suit), and the Green Lantern. I have one costume on the way, which will be Daredevil. I'll be doing a review on that once it arrives. To find out more about them, head to their website:

James Gunn's DCU
After what felt like forever DC fans finally got some information on where the DCU is headed under the guidance of James Gunn. And it is everything I could have hoped for, as soon as Gunn was hired I all of a sudden had hope for DC. We finally have someone in charge who not only reads comics but respects them, he is using the amazing source material at his disposal to bring fans some incredible projects. All that said I would like to throw it out there that all of this means nothing if he allows Ezra Miller to continue in this universe. A good writer and director aside, I think asking our artists to be mediocre human beings is not too much to ask. Simply don’t be awful…not difficult. But here we go with all the projects James Gunn announced for the DCU.

'Dragon Age Absolution' and Rejecting the Master's Tools
Dragon Age: Absolution is an animated series based on the fantasy video game franchise of the same name by the company Bioware (now owned by Electronic Arts). It's set in the continent of Thedas, a magical land of elves, demons, and dragons. Absolution, in particular, centers on a ragtag group of thieves as they attempt an Ocean’s Eleven-style robbery of the Tevinter Imperium Chantry to steal a McGuffin called the Circulum Infinitus — something that will allegedly raise the dead.

10 Comic Book Movie Performances That Would Have Received Oscar Nominations If They'd Been In A Different Genre
It has long been an unfortunate but widely accepted fact that films or shows of certain genres, particularly those based on comic book properties, tend to be overlooked and dismissed as popcorn flicks by more prestigious Award shows such as the Emmys, Golden Globes, and especially Oscars. While these films are recognised in categories such as Make-Up, Sound, and Visual Effects, the actors performing in them are more likely to be snubbed by Academy voters come nominations time, even if a similar character or performance in a film of a different genre would be almost certain to get a nod.

Extraordinary - a review
Superheroes are cool, no two ways about that. They have style, skills and powers, they are brave, and many times they are the last line of defence between humanity and extinction. They inspire people, on and off screen, to be better. What's more, though the lines "And I am Iron Man" followed by a simple snap of the finger will undoubtedly be one of the most significant moments of cinema history to our generation, superheroes aren't only battling with purple aliens hell-bent on destroying everything. No, lately, they started to take on different kinds of foes: organised crime, systemic racism, mental health issues, misogyny, far-right ideology in general, climate change, and the list goes on and on. Superhero stories are evolving: the good guy in the cape beating up the bad guy isn't enough anymore. And as some stories are aiming at real-life problems within their well-built worlds, some others set out to explore what would happen if superheroes would encounter the real world, the one we are, the viewers, living in.
