'Real'
Robert Massimi. Real is a 70-minute show that starts quickly and picks up the pace even faster as it goes on. Real is the type of play where you cannot blink or you can miss a relevant part to what writer Rodrigo Nogueira is putting forth. An abstract play that has great lighting and some serious moments to it. Lighting designer Kia Rodgers does a terrific job with romantic lighting as well, in between scenes hitting the bare brick wall with just one sexy blue light to give this play a further allure of abstract, bordering on sultry.

Movie Review: 'Goodbye, Christopher Robin' dir. by Simon Curtis
Movie of the Month: Goodbye, Christopher Robin directed by Simon Curtis “After leaving London for the English countryside, writer A.A. Milne starts to spin fanciful yarns about his son's growing collection of stuffed animals. These stories become the basis for "Winnie-the-Pooh" and "The House at Pooh Corner," having them published respectively in 1926 and 1928. Milne and his family soon become swept up in the instant success of the books, while the enchanting tales bring hope and comfort to the rest of postwar England.”

'Instant Family' - Movie Review
Instant Family will send you running to hug your children (or your parents), but in a good way. It's like when everyone cries over Jack dying at the end of Titanic, or Noah and Allie getting back together in The Notebook. It's one of those good movies that only comes along every 10 years or so. So be prepared for the emotional rollercoaster this movie will be sure to send you on.

My Review of 'Bumblebee'
I have to say, when I first heard that they were coming out with another Transformers movie, I groaned to myself. These movies were getting progressively bad. I admit that I did enjoy the first Transformers live action movie, but it didn't really wow me. Maybe it's because I grew up watching the Transformers cartoon when I was really young, but that wouldn't explain why I liked the Beast Wars series that came out way later. I'm okay for change but the story has to be engaging.

'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' Review. Top Story - January 2019.
Alright, let’s start 2019 as we mean to go on—let’s talk about movies more regularly, now! I just got back from seeing a couple of movies today and, as some of you requested, I figured I might as well start making proper reviews, now! So, for this episode, let’s talk about a film I now wish I’d got to see earlier; Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse. I hadn’t heard a bad word said about this film before I saw it, so this film definitely had high expectations to fill and, for the most part, Spider-verse excelled.

'Vice'
Robert Massimi. Vice is a weak attempt at Dick Cheney's life. Cheney, played excellently by Christian Bale, was a movie that, like Mr. McKay's The Big Short, tries its hand at comedy in a serious movie and fails miserably. Even by Mr. McKay's liberal standards, the movie incorporates fire, flooding, opioids and rioting into the movie without reason. Is McKay saying that it is Dick Chaney's fault? The audience was left confused by this scene.
