A Playtron's Guide
Before adopting the moniker/pen name of Tinka Boudit, I was a ten year attendee of the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. I go in costume. I shop, see shows, I made friends with cast members, vendors, and other attendees. I go every weekend for seven weekends. Those of us who do this are known as 'playtrons'. As in we play along, but we are patrons who pay the ticket fee to be there; we do not work there. I've also volunteered my time in a booth for three other seasons. I officially joined the cast in 2019.

How to get through the day at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival
Before adopting the moniker/pen name of Tinka Boudit, I was a ten year attendee of the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. I go in costume. I shop, see shows, I made friends with cast members, vendors, and other attendees. I go every weekend for seven weekends. Even after attending the festival since 2006, I still find new things to experience every year. Those of us who do this are known as 'playtrons'. As in we play along, but we are patrons who pay the ticket fee to be there; we do not work there. I've also volunteered my time in a booth for three seasons starting in 2016. I officially joined the cast in 2019.

Every filmmakers has a passion to see a film on a big screen, but in order to get that film on that big screen, a DCP (Digital Cinema Package) will need to be made. This is a package that makes a film play perfectly on a cinema projector, for some festivals, they will accept a MP4 or Mov file but as you grow and target bigger festivals a DCP is no longer an option, it’s a requirement.

25 ways to get free books
Reading books is one of the greatest hobbies one can have. You can be entertained by fiction, touched by poetry and learn about the world. Sadly, they’re not always cheap, but there are many ways to get free books via paperback, e-book and also audiobook. They may be different mediums, but the enjoyment can be equally fulfilling. This list will give you 25 ways where you can get free books. By free, I’m talking about books where money is not used, so I haven’t counted things like Audible credits, bargain deals like 3 for 2 or 5 for fiver. I also won’t mention piracy sites, but you are free to use them at your own risk.

From Plasticine To Digital: The Development Of Three-Dimensional Animation
Early Animations The earliest form of 3-D animation evolved prior to the use of computers. Long before the evolution of fully digitally animated, three-dimensional movies such as Frozen, a technique known as 'claymation' was used for making stop motion pictures.

A Brief Guide to Worldbuilding (And Why It's Not That Important)
"Worldbuilding" is one of those concepts that ebbs and flows in writing communities. It's a non-topic, and then suddenly it's the only thing anyone wants to talk about - and when worldbuilding is at its high water mark, there are resources in abundance to address it. There are checklists, map builders, podcasts, worksheets, books, and hundreds if not thousands of articles on this allegedly all-important topic. At times it seems like the only thing an aspiring novelist should care about.
