John McCook returns to 'The Young and the Restless'
The characters on the two remaining CBS daytime drama shows have been doing crossovers for decades. This year there have been 2 thus far and a third is scheduled for June 14, 15, and 16. A few months back Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman(Hunter King) from THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS visited THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. Shortly after, Dollar Bill Spencer, (Don Diamont) left B&B to chat with Summer and Kyle on Y&R.

‘Cruella’ Is a Very Odd, Yet Highly Watchable Disney Departure
You’d be hard-pressed to find someone who asked for a 134-minute origin story of a character who originated in a 79-minute cartoon, but alas, Cruella is here. Since the film premiered, much of the conversation has seemed to stem from a similar thought. Questions like, “why do we need this?” or, “who is this for?” have dominated the discourse. Frankly, I find that angle mostly unhelpful and counterproductive. Of course, a bloated prequel to a Disney villain may not be the most ideal way to spend one’s time, but such questions are often more revealing about the person asking them than the film itself. It’s a line of thinking that seems to suggest the person asking it has a very narrow view of what entertainment can be, and they don’t have the presence of mind to think that other people just might have a different perspective that makes something like Cruella worth watching.

Keeping up with Murphy (Michael Fairman) from "The Young and the Restless'
On the CBS soap, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS the late Jeannie Cooper's character Katherine Chancellor reigned supreme in Genoa City. As the Grande Dame, she had money, prestige, ran her own company, and had 5 husbanda. They were: Gary Reynolds who was never on the show. (1948-1954) Phillip Chancellor II (1961-1975) Derek Thurston (1978-1981) Rex Sterling (1988-1990, 1992-1994), and Patrick Murphy (2009-2013). After Cooper passed away, her character was also killed off and her beloved Murphy left Genoa City and was written out of the show. He did return one year later for the anniversary episode of Kay Chancellor's death.

'General Hospital' fans stunned at the actions of Maxie, Finn, and Elizabeth
GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers are discussing two stunning events that took place last week, the alleged deaths of Chloe Jenkins and Peter August. It's not that these two crazed stalkers died but the aftermath is what has fans troubled. Dr. Finn has taken an oath to do no harm and yet he knocked Peter August down the hospital stairs. Nurse Liz Weber is supposed to aid those in need but she convinced Finn that Peter was dead and to not tell anyone what happened.

Loose lips may soon be about to sink a big ship on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. Viewers have been wondering how the secret about Carter and Quinn was going to come out and now they know. Paris Barnes is going to hear something that was never meant for her ears that will place her in the land of decision. Zoe's little sister will soon overhear Carter and Quinn talking about their affair and realize they have deceived those who love them.

Who was Ed Dillinger's Wife in Tron Legacy?
So who was Ed Dillinger’s wife ? We saw in TRON that Dillinger was probably single? I mean he didn’t ever talk about his wife. And he worked all the time and was late as well. So did Dillinger even have time for a wife? If he did they never made this clear in Tron Legacy. I mean is Tron Legacy we just see Ed Dillinger Jr. But who is his mom this is a question that needs to be answered.

'General Hospital' fans wonder what's next for Brasha and Brason
Last week on GENERAL HOSPITAL the chaos in Port Charles seemed to have been settling down somewhat. Cyrus Renault is in police custody and Peter August is presumed dead but spoilers say his body will go missing. Liz and Finn said Peter had no pulse and was not breathing. Some fans were shocked that a doctor and a nurse allowed a man to die without helping him. Until the facts are known viewers must assume that Maxie's baby daddy is long gone one way or the other. With both Cyrus and Peter out of commission, this gives Brasha and Brason a little room to breathe.

Doctor Who - Engines of War Review
In Doctor Who's 50th Anniversary special "The Day of the Doctor", the show introduced a hitherto unknown incarnation of the Doctor who had fought in the oft-mentioned Last Great Time War. Lying between the eras of Paul McGann's Eighth Doctor and Christopher Eccleston's Ninth Doctor, stage and screen legend John Hurt brought a whole new incarnation of the character to life, and, in the process, blew open the doors to a whole new, unexplored era of the show. In 75 minutes, he created a character that was begging to be explored beyond "Day of the Doctor", and helped revitalise the concept of the Time War, which, by that time, was feeling a little bit dull and well-trodden. And, while it would be up to Big Finish and Titan Comics to do a lot of the heavy-lifting for this Doctor, BBC Books did actually make the first move on fleshing out this version of the character with the novel "Engines of War". Penned by Doctor Who alumni George Mann, this is a novel that gives us a fantastic insight into an era of the show that many thought would never be explored, while showing what led this Doctor towards how he planned to end the Time War at the beginning of "Day of the Doctor".

'The Young and the Restless' fans believe Victoria is up to no good
A number of those who watch THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS have been vocal recently about their dislike for Victoria Newman. Viewers believe she is devious and up to something where Billy and Lily are concerned. Vicki brought them housewarming gifts but the look on her face was anything but sincere. When Billy was dating Phyllis his ex did not go out of her way to pretend she was OK with the relationship because she did not believe it would last. She obviously believes Bil-ly has potential because she is paying so much attention to them.

Peter may not be down and out on 'General Hospital'
GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers are wondering whether Peter August is down for the count and if Wes Ramsey is leaving the ABC soap. According to Soap Dirt, he inked his first contract in November 2017 which leaves him 6 months to go. This is no guarantee that the powers that be won't let him go before his time is up but it looks like his character has come to the end of the road. Even if he survives his tumble down the stairs at GH there is now evidence for many of his crimes.
