Esme Prince Needs Psychiatric Help Friday, on General Hospital Esme Prince (Kristan Avery Pohl) confronted Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla) about having too much influence on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves). Trina stood her ground and said that if any of her friends come to her for advice she will not turn them away. As Esme was leaving the art gallery she opened her hand which had been clinched and her palm was bloody. She had become so angry that she was digging her fingernails into her hand. This young woman is a psychopath in the making and needs some serious help.

Stefano DiMera dressed up as Elvis Pressley and had sex with Susan who believed the king of rock and roll sired her son. Brynn Thayer took over the role of Susan for one brief appearance on December 7, 2011.
