In this metaphysical realm, Joe meets a soul named 22 (voiced by Tina Fey) who has no desire to live on Earth. Together, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn what it means to have a "spark" of life.

Alice was a quirky and sportful woman, who always set up joy in the most unanticipated effects. She was also a huge addict of puns and wordplay, and frequently set up herself making silly jokes at the most unhappy moments. But despite her naturalness, Alice was lonely. She had been single for times, and had yet to find someone who could appreciate her humor and partake her love of the absurd. Connor was a serious, straight-bejeweled man who always had his nose buried in a book. He was a experimenter at the original university, and spent utmost of his time in the lab, conducting trials and assaying data. But despite his scholarly nature, Connor had a secret love of slapstick comedy. He'd frequently watch old occurrences of The Three Stooges and laugh until his sides hurt. Alice and Connor had noway met ahead, but fate had a funny way of bringing them together. One day, Alice was walking down the road, lost in study, when she accidentally tripped and fell right into Connor's arms. At first, Connor was taken suddenly by Alice's flightiness, but as they talked, he set up himself drawn to her contagious horselaugh and sportful spirit. Over the coming many weeks, Alice and Connor began to spend further and further time together. They would go on long walks, exploring the megacity and discovering retired treasures they had noway noticed before. They would also spend hours talking, participating their favorite jokes and puns with each other. One day, while they were walking through the demesne, Alice stopped suddenly and refocused to a patch of flowers." Look," she said," it's a punny bouquet!" Connor laughed at her joke, and Alice knew in that moment that she had set up someone who understood her fully. As their relationship bloomed, Alice and Connor set up themselves falling deeper in love. They went on romantic dates to the pictures, where they would sneak in their own snacks and make silly commentary during the film. They also enjoyed cooking together, trying out new fashions and experimenting with weird component combinations. But Alice and Connor's love story wasn't without its challenges. Alice's love of puns frequently got her into trouble, and she'd find herself making unhappy jokes at the worst possible moments. Connor's serious nature also caused some disunion, as he plodded to loosen up and enjoy Alice's sportful capers.
