Bloodfist 2050 Review [Spoilers]
If you ever wondered what a Skinemax produced tournament fighter movie would be like, wonder no more. After watching Riki Oh, one of the most over-the-top gorefest martial arts movies I've ever seen( and I've seen Raid 1 and 2), it only seemed fitting to keep diving into the realm of kung fu shlock and to that end we have Bloodfist 2050 also known as Street Fighter 2050.

Longing
It had been twenty-seven months, twenty-four days, sixteen hours, and forty-three minutes since he laid eyes on the man he had devoted his life to, the man he held in such high esteem and regard, the one creature he truly loved. When he had first disappeared, John didn’t think much of it, it had happened before, he just assumed he would be back in a few days. When he was gone for two weeks, John started to search for him, checking his normal haunts and dives, reaching out to every contact they had, even his brother. When a month had passed, John sought the assistance of the Yard and they looked for the missing genius internationally. Not a single sign of him was found. Every day for eight months, John went about his normal business, expecting at any time the man, his man would burst through the door with a fantastical story of his exploits and a full explanation of his disappearance. Once the tenth month had passed, John no longer held onto that hope. It wasn’t until a year had passed that John began to lose himself as his hope faded to sorrow and his confusion to pain.

Top 5 British Gangsters
These are all just my opinion. 5) Bullet Tooth Tony (Snatch) Alright, Tony is an extension of the underrated henchmen segment as well but couldn't put him on that list because of how he ends up biting the bullet, pun completely intended. Played to perfection by hard man Vinnie Jones and with an awesome origin story explaining his nickname. He's probably the suavest and most menacing looking I've seen in a British gangster film and efficient. Like Doug the heads girls said, "He'll find you Moses and a burning bush if you pay him to." If I want a total badass to get the job done in London I'd take Bullet tooth Tony any day over Michael Canes Jack Carter.

DC Universe's Supersons – Vol. 1
From the very moment I opened the comic to the first page, I was hooked. Initially, I came across Supersons because of the YouTube channel ComicsExplained. I highly recommend it for any and everyone who's interested in both Marvel and DC universes. That aside, the story of Supersons centers around Damian Wayne and Jonathan Kent, sons of our favorite heroes Batman and Superman.

Top 5 Movie Cowboys
TOP 5 MOVIE COWBOYS (these are all in my opinion) 5) Mr.Gruder from Bone Tomahawk Not many movies feature a Pinkerton as a character. They were known as the badasses of law enforcement back in the day, and John Gruder played by Matthew Fox is a Pinkerton through and through. No nonsense, strategic minded, and cold blooded. The most emotion shown from him is for his horse. Almost every character in Bone Tomahawk is likeable but Gruder's well-mannered ways and smugness are what set him apart from the pack and you begin wondering what western featuring only Gruder would be like. Probably bloody as hell.

Batman v. Superman's Islamaphobic Message
For the record, I wouldn't be discussing this film if I didn't think there was anything new to say about it. Removing myself from the hordes on both sides, arguing as to whether this a good or bad film — although I decidedly resign myself to the latter — I want to address ultimate failing of this adaptation. However, in order to do that, we must address why other films of the same genre have resonated with us before after. Films such as Iron Man (2008), The Dark Knight (2008) and Logan (2017).

Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter Parker returns again to the great silver screen, this time he faces against the villain called The Vulture. Enjoying his experience fighting alongside the immaculate Iron Man, the young spider-ling returns to live with his Aunt May and adjusts between balancing being a high-school student and also being Spider-Man. Peter feels responsible to express his worthiness to Tony Stark and to prove he’s worthy to be an Avenger.

Review: The Fifth Element
I love the way Luc Besson views the universe. Besson sees the universe in bright bold colors. It’s the way I would like to view the universe. While my mind is often clouded by the often sad and tragic state of humanity, and especially man’s inhumanity to man, Besson manages to look beyond and see the beauty beyond our planet and into the stars.
