Cosplay DIY: Zombie Mario
I debuted my first cosplay mashup: Zombie Mario at GlitchCon 2015. I also took part in my very first cosplay contest, and while I didn't win, I received a standing ovation. I'll be writing an article on how to prepare for your first cosplay contest, but for now, let's get down to business. This project is fairy easy and there's numerous items for you to purchase in order to transform into Zombie Mario. Whenever I prepare for a convention, the majority of the items that I buy are from eBay. Take advantage of those items that offer free shipping.

Movie Review: 'Bad Samaritan'
To paraphrase the darkly brilliant Tropic Thunder, Never go full Nicholas Cage. This kind of advice should not be necessary; even if you are Nicholas Cage you likely should not go full Nicholas Cage at all times. The full Nicholas Cage is when an actor decides that a fully unhinged from any discernible reality performance is necessary. Poor David Tennant goes full Nicholas Cage in the new movie Bad Samaritan and demonstrates why my admonishment is necessary.

My Little Over-Analysis of 'Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters' Part 3: Episode 2 'The Gauntlet Is Thrown'
As the pilot episode did what any proper opening move should do and simply let us settle into the world, this second one in turn does what any good follow-up should: it goes and unsettles that world for both us and the characters. More importantly, it does it in style, as the show's first main antagonist—the one and only Maximillion Pegasus—takes the centre stage and properly kicks season 1 in motion.

Avengers: Infinity War Review (Spoiler Edition)
For the past 10 years, Marvel has come to dominate cinema and completely transform superhero movies as we know them. They have managed to build an entire universe within a set of 19 movies. When you consider that each of these movies tie into each other with the most intricate of details in a way that combines for one cohesive narrative, only then will you realise the scale that Marvel's movies have reached, and no movie emphasizes that more than their latest blockbuster, Infinity War.

Being a Cosplayer and on the Autism Spectrum
When I was five years old, I was diagnosed with Asperger. It's a developmental autism spectrum disorder. It impacts the individual's ability to communicate and read social situations. It’s mild, meaning I have problems conversing with other people, social awkwardness, and difficulties grasping certain things quickly. In school, I was in special education classes from Pre-K through my junior year of high school. I was made fun of and bullied because I was in these classes. Most people assumed that if you are diagnosed with a developmental disorder, it automatically means that you are “dumb” or “slow,” which is not the case. People with Autism or Asperger can accomplish remarkable things in life. As far as making friends, I didn’t have many of them in school or any mentors. Because of my Asperger and was really timid. I grew up in Arlington, TX and making friends was a lot more difficult, especially entering high school and in my early 20s. At times, I would be isolated and feeling lonely. In late November 2017, I found out that I was also diagnosed with PDD-NOS, which stands for "Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified." The symptoms include difficulties with routines and environments and difficulties with communicating with others.

'Aggretsuko' Is a Fabulous Anime
When I first watched Aggretsuko, I was taken away by all the cuteness, humorous images, and how much I could relate to the characters. I was like, Retsuko is an epic death metal cat! Then I watched it again and said, hang on a minute! Retsuko's not a cat, she's a red panda. So then I was like, Retsuko is an epic death metal red panda!
