Kawaki Will Still Get An Upgrade

Kawaki hasn't gotten any major timeskip power up through intensive training. He is always trying to show everyone that he is the otsutsuki killer. 
 
He was getting constantly beat up by Boruto until he activated his karma seal, forcing Boruto to retreat. 

Amado Will Surely Give Kawaki an Upgrade

So far in two blue vortex, Kawaki hasn't inspired his supporters. Everyone's faith in Kawaki has been weathering a little bit. But there are still some details we need to lookout for:

• Amado might have something planned for Kawaki's character moving forward. To be honest, this scenario is far more than probable. Amado will most likely step up after Kawaki gets beat up by Jura in the next chapter. 
Thinking about it, it's Amado's nature to do like that. 
The manga actually did a good job in burying Amado's character during the current events of the Boruto 2 Blue Vortex to the point where fans aren't really paying much attention to him. We didn't see him till chapter 5 of the manga, where he stated that he found easily out the eida had rewritten everyone's memories. 
Going back to chapter one of Boruto 2's blue vortex, the signs were there that Amado was likely to know the truth because the chapter is shown telling us that immediately after omnipotence was cast, people started asking questions like:
• Why did Kawaki have Isshiki's chakra in dojutsu instead of Momoshiki's chakra?
• Why did Kawaki have the body of a cyborg when Naruto's son doesn't have any mechanical enhancements, let alone enhancements that were made by the Kara scientist, Amado? 
After knowing the truth about Kawaki, he decided to keep it to himself because of the motive he had for resurrecting his daughter. 
 

It was because of his daughter that he had to play the long game with Isshiki and Jigen. 
 
It's very possible that Amado might be the first person to hear that Code changed the 10 tails using the karma seal because Shikamaru most likely passed on that information, and he might have realized that this might have been a possibility that the karma seal might have altered the ten tails and made them stronger since he appears to figure out stuff before the main cast and even work out a solution and present it to put himself in a proper favor and negotiate. This doesn't look like the case. 
 
Konoha was drastically unprepared for this except for Amado, of course, because we don't know what research he was doing on his computer when he revealed to Sumire about the omnipotence altering memories. We all know that Amado isn't the type to do things carelessly. 
He always does things with the purpose of achieving one goal or the other. He didn't just release the information carelessly because he knew the sumire was spying on him. He knew he was being watched, and he wanted to be caught. It was obvious because he was looking at the surveillance cameras and talking to Shikamaru. 
Honestly speaking, we can't rule out the fact that Amado may jump out of the chance of upgrading Kawaki. We need to consider that he will most likely upgrade Kawaki because he has the most to lose if anything happens to Kawaki. 

 
If Kawaki dies or he is fed to the ten tails, Amado will lose his chance of bringing back his daughter. There is no other way for him to bring his daughter back to life, as he said it is his last option. All of the other clones of his daughter had the same issues that Delta did. They all looked like her, spoke like her, and even had her memories but didn't have Akebi's personality.

The clone didn't just have the soul of the original. Every clone we've ever seen in the series has always had this issue.

It's also in character for Kawaki to seek an upgrade after seeing how much Boruto is stronger than him when he decides to compare strength levels with Boruto. He will most likely want to get an upgrade, and Amado's Ninja Tech will providea clear path for that. rt writing...
