Is Crew Morrow leaving The Bold and the Beautiful for The Young and the Restless?

Is Crew Morrow making a change?

Soap fans were delighted when The Young and the Restless actor Josh Morrow's (Nick Newman) son, Crew Morrow, joined The Bold and the Beautiful as Will Spencer, the son of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom). Viewers were stunned that he went to work for Forrester Creations rather than Spencer Publications, but neither his father nor Dollar Bill's office gets much airtime.

Now, there is a rumor that Will might die, and Morrow will join his dad on Y&R. There is a post making its way around Facebook groups showing Crew holding a sign indicating he is headed to the sister soap. Allegedly, Will is going to meet a tragic fate, but this is not what spoilers report. He was being held at gunpoint by Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yomada), but on Monday, Luna kicked him out of her apartment without shooting him.

Will appears to be safe

The assumption that Luna would shoot Will is where the rumor possibly began, but he is no longer in danger. Modern technology, including AI, can produce fake news and generate misleading images. Soap fans should not have to question every article they read and every image they see, but it is a necessity in 2025 and moving forward.

No other publications are reporting that Morrow is leaving, so is this report real or fake news? There are times when rumors turn out to be true, and the soap execs attempt to keep the news under wraps. There are other occasions when the reports are nothing more than clickbait. Now that Luna has let Will go, there is no reason to believe his life is in danger.

Will could still disappear

There is always the possibility that Will could get caught in the crossfire when Luna and Steffy have their final showdown, but more than likely, he will be somewhere with Electra Forrester ( Laneya Grace). Will could disappear without a trace, as other young adults on The Bold and the Beautiful have.

Joshua Hoffman, who portrayed Luna's boyfriend, RJ Forrester, vanished, and no one even mentions him. He was front and center when Eric Forrester ( John McCook) was ill but eventually was no longer around. Delon de Metz (Zende Forrester) disappears for long periods, but so far, he continues to return.

Some B&B fans find it odd that Will is spending so much time with the Forresters when he is not in scenes with Katie or Bill. Neither knows the danger their son was in, and when they find out, they will be horrified. Bill and Will are both otu of the loop regarding Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) possibly dying so there are many loose ends.

Crew Morrow's history

Crew Morrow was born on May 25, 2005, to Joshua and Tobe Morrow. His parents met when his dad was 22, and Joshua says Tobe was his first and only girlfriend. Crew has a sister, Charlie, and two brothers, Cooper and Cash. His additional acting credits have been in Wildcards, 24 Hours to D-Day, Continental Split, and Healing Towers.

Whenever soap fans see sensational headlines, they should check to see if other outlets they trust are reporting the same news. If not it's probably fake. Should Will disappear from the screen as others have, perhaps he might one day join sister soap The Young and the Restless and work with his father. Time will tell.
