The flat is on the 18th floor of Mannat Apartments. It has three bedrooms and looks out at the sea. The total area is about 12,000 square feet, which is unusually large for a 3BHK. Hrithik bought it in 2020, along with a duplex in the same tower that covers the 19th and 20th floors. Reports say the total deal cost him about Rs 97.5 crore. As part of the rental agreement, Saba has also paid a deposit of Rs 1.25 lakh.

Despite the arrangement, Hrithik and Saba do not live together. The two have been dating for three years, but Hrithik stays separately in Juhu.
