Fantasy Cast for The Challenge: Ride or Dies (Season 42 - Male/Female Teams)

The 42nd season is getting a lot of hype as MTV is going to film it in February of 2026. There are rumors about the following themes...

- Ride or Dies 2

I have already made a fantasy cast for Rivals 4 and Exes 3. Here is my fantasy cast for Ride or Dies 2 (male and female partners). I will be making another one that is male/male teams and female/female teams.

I had Cara Maria Sorbello on my podcast two weeks ago, and she said her and CT were supposed to be on the original Ride or Dies together. This team has to be the first call. CT even asked if Cara wanted him to go home with her during Vets and New Threats.

We have to have at least one couple on this show, right? Kam and Leroy haven't done a season together since Double Agents when Kam got 2nd and Leroy got 3rd. I think they would definitely make the final. I just don't know if they would make it.

1. Battle for a New Champion

This duo killed it on their rookie season of Spies, Lies, & Allies. I would love to see them back and working together. I think they would get targeted a lot and thrown in a lot but it would still be interesting to see if they can win a bunch of eliminations.

1. Vets & New Threats

Yeremi spoke on my podcast about how close he and Sydney got filming Vets and New Threats. Yeremi got 1st place and Sydney got 2nd so this pairing would probably dominate.

We need some rookies! JaNa and Rob might seem like an unusual pick but JaNa has done a plethora of interviews talking about how close her and Rob really are.

Chelsie would be a rookie this season, but she did win Big Brother 26 and got pretty far in The Amazing Race. Cedric just had a great performance and got all the way to 3rd place on Vets and New Threats.

Melissa Reeves & Kyle Christie

Melissa and Kyle were very close on Total Madness. There were even rumors that they were hooking up. I don't know if that's true but we should put them together on a Ride or Dies 2 theme.

These two have wanted to be partners for years now, so let's just let it happen. They would probably dominate in the eliminations, but I think they would struggle in the final.

Ninja Natalie & Paulie Calafiore

Ninja and Paulie were one of the most dominating duos on War of the Worlds. They got very far and then worked together on War of the Worlds II and got 2nd place together. Let's put them back together to see how they do.

Nicole Zanatta & Tony Raines

Nicole and Tony were on their original season of The Real World together. They got very close on that season and then worked together on Invasion of the Champions. This would be a sleeper pick to win the whole season.

Jonna Mannion & Derek Chavez

There were rumors that this team was an alternate team for Ride or Dies 1. They are the true definition of Ride or Dies. They were on the same season of The Real World in Cancun, Mexico, but they were actually friends before they filmed The Real World. Jonna has 2 Challenge Championships, and Derek has a 2nd place finish on Battle of the Eras.

Hannah Chaddha & Xavier Prather

These two call each other big brother and little sister. They were both a part of the legendary "Cook Out" alliance on Big Brother 23. Hannah was an alternate for USA 2 and Xavier is rumored to be on 42. I'd love to see them work together.

Natalie Anderson & Tyson Apostol

Natalie and Tyson worked together on Survivor: Winners at War and even explained that Natalie stayed at Tyson's house in Utah for a few months. They both have done The Challenge in the past but I'd loe to see them work together.

Amber Borzotra & Darrell Taylor

Amber gives a lot of credit to her win on Double Agents to Darrell. She said he had her back and showed her how to play the game. I'd love to see how they would play together again if they got to be together the entire time.

Michaela needs to be cast on every season. She is must see TV. She has talked about how close she is with Wendell and she does a lot of his reality TV events. Wendell would thrive as he won Survivor: Ghost Island.

Nany Gonzalez & Dustin Zito

Nany needs a partner, and I put Leroy with Kam, so why not put her with an old Real Worlder? Dustin and Nany became super close on The Real World and were even teamed up on Battle of the Seasons (2012). Dustin got 2nd place on that season and Nany has gotten 2nd place on Free Agents so they know how to get to a final.

Jenny West & Johnny Bananas
