Could Selina and Brad return to General Hospital and reclaim the Wu Dynasty?
There are unconfirmed rumblings that the mob princess and her nephew could be headed back to Port Charles.

Have we seen the last of the Wu Dynasty?
On the July 2, episode of General Hospital, mob princess Selina Wu (Lydia Look) was summoned to a meeting with mobster Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). She learned that he had hired two of her men to take the fall for bombing Charlie's Pub, and he told her to leave Port Charles.
Sidwell laid out a scenario where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would make Selina pay for hurting Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), and she bought it by saying, "I have a plane to catch." Some fans were stunned that Ms. Wu accepted her fate and did not fight back.
Viewers assumed she would go to Sonny and tell him the truth. Because she gave up so easily, it appeared that GH had decided to write this character out. Look was not on contract and did not appear regularly on the soap.
She could have been left off-screen until needed again, but the way things went seemed so final. Now GH fans are discussing the possibility that Selina and her nephew Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) might return to Port Charles. There have been Facebook posts suggesting the characters will show up in Port Charles, but no official announcement has been made.

Two abrupt departures
A few months prior, Ms. Wu's nephew, Brad, left Port Charles after Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) paid him over a million dollars for evidence against Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr).
Brad managed to free himself from his aunt's influence by providing her with blackmail information about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), which Selina then shared with Drew.
When he was first released from Pentonville, there were hints that Brad might become a mobster and work for his aunt, but he chose to return to his job at the hospital instead. Some fans hoped he would work things out with Lucas Jones (Van Hasing), but their relationship never got back on track.

The history of the Wu Dynasty
Longtime GH viewers will recall that the Wu mob family was from the Asian Quarter. They came into prominence in Port Charles in 1985. The organization was headed by Chang Wu ( Aki Aleong), the grandfather of Selina and the great-grandfather of Brad.
Mr. Wu had interactions with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Sean Donnelly (John Reilly), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). His son Kim Wu (Steven Leigh) is Brad's father and Selina's brother.
Some General Hospital viewers were looking forward to Brad embracing his family legacy and working with his aunt Selina, but now they are both off the canvas. Wu fans were hoping Selina might get more airtime or that a romance would develop between her and Sonny.

Will Brad and Selina return to Port Charles?
There has been no official notice that Lydia Look left the ABC soap, for good, but her exit appears final at least in the short term. In the meantime, General Hospital brought Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Nathan West (Ryan Paeey) back from the dead.
Some fans wondered if Selina and Brad were sacrificed so that Britt and Nathan could return to Port Charles, but now there are rumblings that Mr. Cooper might be headed back to town. Brad and Britt were besties, and Lucas wanted to alert him that she was alive.
Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) stopped him, but he could change his mind. If Brad does show up, will it indicate he has run through his millions and will his aunt follow?
Nathan, Britt, and Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) are back on screen, so perhaps there is hope for Brad and his aunt Selina. Bradly probably will not be allowed to work at General Hospital again so he will need a source of income.
Once Sidwell has been eliminated, Sonny might send word to Selina that she can return to Port Charles and reclaim her territory. General Hospital fans should continue watching for reliable news that validates whether Brad and Selina will return and reclaim the Wu dynasty.
