Possible Reasons for the Popular Date

Scientists agree that the winter months of December, January, and February are the least popular months for babies to be born. During those months, the least popular days for births are December 25, January 1, and February 29. July 4 is also not a popular birthday.

This does not mean that no babies were born on those dates. It just means that those dates aren't as popular as September 16. It is always a special time, no matter when a baby is born.
