The After Life
When it comes to death many humans are afraid to face the reality of it. Often times humans try to avoid such a topic. There are so many different ways to get your mind off of even the mere thought of death. Weather you are a social lite who drinks and parties from sun up to sun down. Or maybe your a construction worker who puts in over 80 hours a week so that you have no time to think about it. No matter what, that lingering subject will always be in the back of your mind. Death. "When will it happen to me?" "What is it like?" "Why must we go through such a thing?" "I don't want to die."

Throwing Away the Cusp
I was born on June 21, 1988. That means I entered into this life on the Cusp of Gemini and Cancer. What does all of this mean? Absolutely nothing. Comedian, writer, and director Chris Rock gave the perfect horoscope when he said: “Aquarius... you’re gonna die. Capricorn... you’re gonna die. Gemini, you're gonna die twice! Leo you’re gonna die.”

Replaced
Robots. I never thought I would be living in a world where these things would actually exist. Not only exist but live as humans among us and even obtain citizenship. More and more, I see articles about AI and the more advanced they are becoming. Scientists are so excited about their inventions they've created. They have continued to work on turning robots more human-like as possible for many years. Some of these robots are made so well you really can't tell the difference between us and them. Almost. They have different ethnicities, languages, emotions etc. Of course, they even look perfect which I think could make some people feel insecure, which I know sounds weird. But that's not far-fetched because so many people, especially women are used to not putting up pictures without filters. Or used to getting multiple plastic surgeries. Looking fake seems to be in. Robots would be the ultimate standard beauty for many. Every day people think it's cool and are increasingly desensitized to these non-living beings.

JASON GOTT'S CREATION THEORY.
Hello! My name is Jason Gott. Around ten months ago I came up with a in my mind a realistic theory on How the Universe was made in relation with the creator. Remember it is only a theory. I'm sure every person has their own theories regarding creation.

We Need to Kickstart Art for the Economy
Due to the pandemic we're experiencing tons of issues. One of the biggest issues is the economy. We've been told to quarantine and many people are out of work. Fortunately there are some stimulus packages but still we have businesses that have closed down.

A Note on the Concept of Morals
Morality is complicated fickle and wavering because it is a social construct. For those of you who didn't take the intro to psych classes in High School (assuming you went to a well funded school) a social construct in a nutshell is anything that wouldn't continue to exist should humans disappear in an instant. For example laws, if every human disappeared the animals left behind wouldn't bother to learn our laws. Morality is a social construct the proof hidden between cultures, stuck in our personal history, and impossible to pin to any clear definition due to its fluidity.

Scientific Mysticism
(Vocal rejected my story because it had religious content. But I posted it under Religion in the Futurism section. How can you reject a story about religion in a section about Religion. Did you even read the fucking thing? Or did you read the first paragraph and go, "this guys too churchy". I assure you I am not. Approve the fucking thing.)

How Will Artificial Intelligence Affect Our Daily Lives?
The future of artificial intelligence is more present than ever: We find it everywhere, in our cell phones as voice assistants; in our homes through intelligent speakers that connect an alarm. This is already a reality.

How to save our beautiful blue planet
We live in an era of extremes. For decades scientists have been alerting the world about the dangers of climate change. Yet unfortunately, mankind's greed is such that words like economy, profit and growth continue to outweigh any discussion. And that's a shame really, because as a species, mankind has found a way to unlock their potential. Yet what we do with it is nothing short of deplorable.
