Booked
Horace slunk down the alley and escaped the night's brutal wind that blasted off of the frigid Hudson River. The narrow lane reeked of garbage and filth that years failed to wash away. He had much in common with the alleys that hid from the main streets of the city.

When Darkness Falls
As she wondered through the house lighting candles and begging for blessings, she was determined not to let doubt creep in. She needed this to work. She needed to be free. Held captive by her own mind, she needed this. As she passed the mirror in the hall in all its shattered glory, she gazed at herself in her floor length, sheer light blue gown with such awe in her eyes. She couldn't believe how beautiful she looked. A perfect image for a perfect ritual. It started to grow dark and she could feel her mind unleashing the demon she was hoping to lose tonight.

Monster Zoo / Water Trouble
A bright flash of light illuminated the dark tiles under his feet as Kieran jumped back through the portal into his diner kitchen. He walked over to the cauldrons bubbling over the fires in the corner and took a deep breath of the steam coming off the tops.

A Loverless Fate - Entry 2
Today’s May 4th. I set out absentmindedly without checking today’s weather, and surprisingly, this lack of choice improved my day. When I went outside, it was an unusually beautiful day with a clear, blue sky and warm weather. I wore a pastel, floral dress with puffed sleeves as well as white, platform sandals and a mustard yellow, designer bag. This outfit was the perfect choice for the weather I went out to and looked really cute.

A Loverless Fate - Entry 1

My Psychic Said This Would Happen
I stumbled down the street and sat in a wooden chair at an outdoor cafe. My mind was still racing, going a million miles an hour after that reading with my psychic. I couldn’t think straight. I didn’t know how anything magical could even happen in my life. I lived a quite ordinary life up until this point.

Beau & The Hag
Once upon a time, there was a farm boy named Beau who loved books. Beau was the baby of the Bachelor family. His beauty always made his spoilt brothers jealous, but they always mocked him for his love for flowers and nature. Flowers, especially red roses always made Beau think of his late mother. His elder brothers blamed him for her death. For not long after he was born, she succumbed to a sickness that she never recovered from. Their father died with her.
