The Fated One - Pt. 1 The Mark

Athenia: .............. Where am I ? Oh, right, this is a dream. What is that? It's so beautiful.

Raine: It is time my child.

Athenia: huh? what do you mean time? what are you talking about?

Raine: My child it is time. Come seek me out.

Athenia: Seek you out? why?

Raine: It is time to seek us the Elemental Dragons out, me Raine, Freya, Skyyu, and Yuni

Athenia: Dragons? why me?

Rain: Sayo will guide you. Seek us out and become stronger. Evil is slowly approaching, become strong and protect the kingdom.

Athenia: protect the kingdom? Wait what do you mean? don't go!

Granny Chiya: Athenia Wake up you're talking in your sleep again my child.

Athenia: Granny I had the weirdest dream. I saw the most beautiful blue dragon and her name was Raine.

Granny Chiya: [Sigh] ..... I see ....

Athenia: Granny? What's wrong?

Granny Chiya: I knew this time would come ...... Athenia come take a walk with me.

Athenia: Granny ......

Granny Chiya: Athenia what I am about to tell you is very important. Do you see that mark on your arm?

Athenia: [Looks at arm] .... Oh you mean this one. This birthmark?

Granny Chiya: You might see it as a birthmark, but the truth is, that mark is a symbol from the four Elemental Dragons. It symbolizes the Elemental host.

Athenia: Elemental host?

Granny Chiya: yes you are the next Elemental Host. When a new host is born they are born with that mark. Once that host turns 16 they are to seek out those four dragons, and those dragons will bestow to you each element, Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.

Athenia: [Jumps up and down] .... That sounds awesome Granny!!!

Granny Chiya: [Laughs] ... Yes my child wielding four elements do sound awesome but it is a serious matter. Those powers must be used to protect the kingdom from evil that may pop up.

Athenia: ehh .... Responsibilities takes the fun out of everything.

Granny Chiya: My child this is serious!

Athenia: Sorry granny ....

Granny Chiya: ahh .. we are here. Sayo was supposed to show you the way but since I already knew of this place I went ahead and brought you. Now before I go there is something .......

Athenia: [shouting, waving hands in air] ..... KYOYA !!!!!!

Kyoya: Oh hey Athenia, Granny Chiya.

Granny Chiya: Hello Kyoya I was just about to .......

Kyoya: It's ok Granny Chiya I'll Tell Athenia What's going on you must be tired from the walk so go rest up ok.

Athenia: Huh? Kyoya what are you talking about .... [Gasp!] are you trying to propose ??

Kyoya: [playfully karate chops Athenia on the top of her head] ...... Idiot of course not!

Athenia: [Rubs the top of her head] ..... heyyy Owwww that hurt you know!

Granny Chiya: well I'll leave you to it Kyoya ... [Walks away]

Athenia: so what's up Kyoya?

Narration: As Kyoya is about to tell Athenia what is going on including his secret, a big bright light shines from the lake, and there appears a beautiful blue dragon Raine. Her scales are smooth with a touch of cloudy white spots.

Kyoya: [Kneeling] ...... It is a great honor to be in your presence again.

Raine: My child you have grown so well from the last time i saw you. You may stand my child.

Athenia: [looking confused] .......

Kyoya: With all due respect [laughs] ..... the last time you saw me i was a snot-nose brat who didn't know anything.

Raine: [Laughs] ..... You are right about that.

Athenia: whoa! wait a minute! Um i don't mean to break up the reunion but um can someone tell me what's going on? Kyoya?

Kyoya: Sorry Athenia I was told not to tell you until you came of age,

Athenia: kyoya .....

Kyoya: [sigh] ..... Im sorry but im not just your best friend.
