Dear Reader: It still baffles me why we "molded" this site, but I couldn't do anything to change their minds about it. I was charged with preparing and dropping the samples at the indicated locations, but somebody else was responsible for monitoring and maintaining the equipment we use for that. You can't blame me for trying to "save" the mission when everything malfunctioned. If I was going to be remembered for anything, this would be the reason.
