Everything Stopped
An Unspecific Drabble

A Nightcafe Creation By The Author
Everything stopped. There was no movement, no sound, nothing. Silence was here. What had happened? There was nothing happening now, so why was everything stopped? There was no reason.
Had a vital switch been flipped, or a cable snapped, or was there something wrong with the works? These questions were raised but not answered because no one really cared. Time passed.
Then everything started, everything was working again, there was noise and movement, things were turning once more.
The question "What had happened?" faded because everything was working once again, and would not be raised until everything stopped once again.

This feels strange…lol kind of like a power surge...great story.
Seems like someone would question everything though
I feel that there might be a deeper meaning to this. Loved your story!
We should talk more about why certain things happen, and not forgetting them when they stop happening and things seemingly go back to "normal".
🫣 This feels like it could make a really great challenge. Loved it.
And there you have it--human nature. We often don't take action until there is a need, and it may be too late.
Great drabble for we live in a stop and go world for real.
