Wheat Foods We Cook at Home
How to Feast with Wheat-based Cuisine?

I remember the first look I made at my childhood was the bread made of wheat. This is not a mere story of mine. This is a story of every person who lives in the regions where wheat serves to be the primary food. The story of wheat goes back to the beginning of life on the planet.
Coming back to my memory, I was surprised at how a bread is baked.
Later on, my mom provided me answers to questions. With the passage of time, a company with this necessary food seemed necessary. Thus, I divide my familiarity with wheat into three phases, which can be taken into consideration as follows:
1. Childhood phase and memories about Wheat
This phase, encompassing ages 5 to 10, includes wonders about bread, the shape of grain, and the spikes of wheat, etc. I remember the company of coeval cousins when we used to go to the fields full of wheat. I remember the sounds of the Persian wheel we listen to while roaming in these fields. I also remember the phases of threshing wheat. Herewith, the grains were separated from the raw stuff. So, what this phase includes:
1. Wheat fields
2. Persian wheel sounds
3. Threshing gathering
2. Later Boyhood and Wheat Memories
Then, the second phase of my beloved life begins, wherein I used to go to the ranch (deraa in Punjabi). I saw my father working in the fields, weeding shrubs, plowing, and preparing it for the wheat. At that phase, we installed a peeder engine run on diesel and made by China with a capacity of 12 horsepower. The sound it produced was amazing then. Once, we returned to our home around 1 am; that is too late to work in the village life. Herewith, I got a bit of experience on how wheat is grown in the fields.
The things to keep in the memory:
1. Sounds of the peeder engine
2. Fragrance of Soil during Ploughing
3. Steam coming out of water channels
4. And swaying wheat spikes
3. Third phase and managing wheat cultivation
This was the phase when I was fully grown up and completed graduation. For a couple of years, I took the responsibility of land agriculture at home because I was the elder one of my siblings. Herewith, I experienced agri-chores in variety.
I bought seeds and fertilizer, i learnt how to sow a seed, how to operate tractor, how to spread fertilizer, how to manage peeder diesel engine, how to water wheat fields, how to cultivate the grown wheat crops and how to thresh it. At this phase, the mystery unfolded of how wheat is prepared for food and feast.
Things learned herewith at this stage:
1. Management of agriculture
2. Responsibility of bargaining about pre- and post-phases of wheat cultivation
3. Usage of wheat for serving feasts
