My content writing journey is a story of both passion and charm. Through this story, I will unfold how I sought my passion and career charm in writing content for various businesses:

I will tell how I turned towards content writing, why I opted for it as a career, and the opportunities and challenges that intruded in this area. Furthermore, I will share the invaluable lessons I've learned along the way, from understanding audience engagement to honing my unique voice. This journey has not only shaped my professional identity but also enriched my personal growth, revealing the true power of words in the digital landscape. The Benefits of the Content Writing Career in the Digital Era

These benefits include the following:

• When the world turned digitalized, the content emerged as a king, highlighting its tremendous demand in the business world.

• All businesses, from macro to micro, rushed to digitalize their businesses.

• The oceans of websites then were formed and expanded, respectively.

• The wide array of careers as content writers and strategists emerged. I never then remained unemployed and found jobs away from my reach.

The Features of My Content Writing Expertise

These features are expressed as follows:

• Experienced in conducting in-depth research

• Worked in the in-house marketing department for 10 years, which helped me understand business and marketing.

• Mastered at using words as per the standard of businesses

• By working at the most senior media house, I gained expertise in writing, editing, proofreading, and translation.

This way, I got familiar with the psyche of marketing and mastered the syntax accordingly. It occurred before I entered the arena of content writing.

Career Journey Through Content Writing

This journey in content writing involves the following phases. Deem these phases as follows:

1. Student Inn Solutions: I got an internship at SIS wherein I was inducted as a content writer. The tasks I was assigned there to complete include:

• Assigned 12 research articles. I did intense and authentic research in pursuit of writing these articles.

• Written articles on topics ranging from the ideology of Pakistan to the curriculum within Pakistan.

• Required to research keywords most sought-after in the related niche and to naturally incorporate them throughout the articles. Most of them were published by the SIS after a peer review.

Skills Achieved: Herewith, I gained firsthand experience at researching keywords relevant to the related field.

• Learned how to write long-tail articles for a certain business.

• Learned how to use a specific portal and learning management system (LMS).

2. Tourism in Iceland: I joined this company on November 1, 2025, as a content writer. The tasks I completed with them are as follows:

• I crafted 21 SEO-friendly blogs meant to highlight the touristic marvels of Iceland—the land of ice and destiny of wonder-lovers.

• I authored 142 articles to divulge different options of tours together with diverse choices, including heli-tours, bus tours, and jeep tours in Iceland.

• I was tasked with crafting the Bus Iceland app, wherein I attempted to make this bus facility at Reykjavik stand out for tourists.

Skills Achieved: I improved on-call communications by talking to the owners of guest houses in Reykjavik, Iceland.

• I learned how to use a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.

• I used Yoast to identify whether the website is ranking well.

• I also came to use Rank Math there.

3. The Diabetes Centre (TDC) Islamabad: I joined the Diabetes Centre (TDC) Islamabad—a multinational healthcare provider with operations in Australia, the UK, Canada, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan—on February 18, 2022. The tasks I was assigned therewith embrace:

• I wrote TDC's chapter of UK and Canada website content.

• I crafted press releases on a daily basis.

• I prepared newsletters and annual reports there.

• I worked as an editor for the Diabetes Magazine, published from Dubai, UAE.

• Prepared a social media calendar and written content for it.

• I interviewed patients and built stories for the purpose of testimonials there.

Skills Achieved: By working at a multinational company, I contributed to both print and electronic media. It caused a lot of professional confidence.

• Learned how to write proposals, annual reports, and newsletters.

4. Maidaan Group of Companies: On November 3, 2024, I joined Maidaan Group of Companies Blue Area Islamabad as a Senior Content Writer. The tasks I was supposed to complete included:

• Assigned to write 2 SEO-friendly blogs on a daily basis together with the SEO department.

• Written website copies and landing pages incorporating the industry's rich keywords.

• I worked on social media content as per the social calendar.

• I crafted video scripts and talked on camera in the form of an interview.

• Written articles for local newspapers.

Skills Achieved:

• I learned how to work on tight deadlines in a competitive environment.

• I learned how to use Google Docs and Sheets.

• I understood how to collaborate with different departments, including strategy, SEO, creative, social media marketing, and sales.

5. School of Literature: On 1 July 2024, I got to be a part of School of Literature as a writer.

Herewith, I was required to write speeches for different categories and conduct research to collect secondary data on different topics.

6. Institute of Corporate and Taxation: On the 29th of January 2025, I joined ICT as a content writer. The tasks I was assigned here include:

• Write video scripts.

• Write blogs for websites.

• Write website copies for IDT TechSol and ICT.

• I prepare notes for ACCA and CMA.

• I understood how to use AI tools for writing and image-creating purposes.

• I used Canva here for graphic design, used a video maker for editing videos, and learned the basics about how to use Google Search Console.

Together with content writing, I am determined to master SEO tactics and practices. In this way, I want to learn in the following ways:
