What’s your Fast Food

In this new kind of busy world, there are now so many fast food choices. All of them have so many calories, with not many healthy options. Convience is all it really is, health is hardly considered in the minds of the young adults these days.

- [x] There is Wendy’s, McDonald’s, A&W, Burger King, Arby’s. Those are just a few burger choices with the burgers having 500 calories or more and there salty fries having the same 500 calories or more. Yes there is salad choices and you can buy alternatives to burgers or chicken, but majority of it is very unhealthy for you.

There is Popeyes and KFC; they are fast food greasy chicken choices, they do have less greasy options like the chicken burgers or chicken fingers or nuggets. still not very good choices for your body or your organs in large amounts.

There are some choices that would be recommended over burger places like Subway or Pita Pit. They are like eating glorified sandwiches that are hard on your wallet. Processed food as well.

There are lastly pizza places like Pizza Hut, Godfathers, Doninoes and other small town pizza places that only exist in the area where you live. Pizza has a lot of calories and grease in it as well.

Sometimes to get there ultimate healthy of choices you would be better off to sit inside a local restaurant and order a meal from there menus. It may have a lot of calories but, majority of the time it is not processed as much, it is very similar to that of eating a meal you cook at home.

If I had to chose a burger place I’d chose Wendy’s, they also have salads and chilli. I do like some pizza places, I do not like kfc or Popeyes that much and my all time preference would be to eat in a sit down restaurant or just simply cook at home. There is a lot of difficulty these days with eating in sit down restaurants due to the fact that there are viruses going around and a lot of people getting sick. A lot of restaurants have chosen to close. Your safest choice these days for your ultimate health would be to just spend the time to cook your favourite meals at home. If you lead a busy lifestyle then set aside time to make a few meals ahead of time.

Many people have so many excuses for not eating healthy, they don’t have time, or they don’t have the extra money to purchase all the ingredients. Maybe it’s simply they are just picky eaters. But do you realize our daily calorie intake is only around 2000 a day and a burger alone is around 550 calories?

Our bodies are made up of like 90% water and I know a lot of people including myself that don’t like to drink it. But drinking atleast 4-8 glasses or 250ml a day is a great way to flush out your system and regenerate yourself. It can also aid in weight-loss.

Eating a lot of fast food is convenient for many full time employees who never have time to cook, but it is not one of the healthiest choices according to health professionals. You will gain a lot of unnecessary fat on your body in a short amount of time, I know this from experience.

Walking just 30 mins a day will allow you alittle more freedom with your choices of food consumption, think about it do you have a dog? Walk the dog they will love you for it. Wake up earlier in the morning before work or after work before you turn on that television allow yourself a 30 min walk to refresh your soul it is great for mental health as well. I enjoy my walks.
