Coffee consumption started way back in the 9th century, around 800 AD or so. The one writing this does not concede to drug addiction. Less caffeine consumption can not necessarily be seen as drug abuse. So, we love coffee for a fact that it has not much caffeine. If anyone was to be inquisitive about the genesis of coffee, their major questions would be pointed around concerns like;

- the origin of coffee.

- and, coffee’s side effects, if any.

Coffee’s origin.

Ethiopia. Aye, it was discovered in Africa, in the northeastern part of the continent. In about 800AD, some herdsmen discovered that the coffee plant could make their goats act weird and dance whenever they are it.

They also tried to eat coffee beans for the first time as food and discovered it could make them stay awake for long hence, coffee brewing and consumption spread out to other parts of the world. The bean seed was fermented to come up with a drink that could make the tank. But it was also discovered that with, freshly boiled water, a coffee drink with less caffeine effect could be made. There are two coffee types;- Arabica and Robusta coffee.

Robusta is very unpopular due to its bitter taste and has more caffeine. Today, Brazilians are well known for growing coffee. I hope there are Brazilians in the house. I should have been one to celebrate a coffee consumption record. But the question is; Is Brazil a country where caffeine is highly used? No. It’s not.

According to the latest updates, Finland is top. About 2.75 pounds of coffee is consumed by an individual yearly, followed by Norway at 21.82 pounds. There could be some serious benefits of consuming coffee here and it might just be an addiction. Well, dear writers of Coffee Times, I am a staunch coffee addict. How I wish you knew how much I love coffee.

Coffee isn’t harmful.

However, you may overdose yourself out of too much coffee. One cup of black coffee contains an average of 2–12 milligrams of caffeine.

Dear, Vocal reader.

It’s recommended that you have three to four cups of coffee every day. It helps boost your health by reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Coffee is not harmful but you may have an overdose while consuming too much of it. This is a rare occurrence but to know about it is essential. How about one day in a life time you overdose yourself on coffee?

Don't say I did not tell you..... It's crystal clear in a few sentences below.

To experience that, you need to have taken a total of 30 coffee cups within a short time. That’d be too much caffeine for the body — approximately, 360 mg. I consume about three cups or so per day and that keeps me highly boosted throughout the entire day.

Life is good with daily coffee at my desk, I am a lover of it. Today, coffee is popularly used almost everywhere and it is promoted in places like Coffee Times and around the internet like Vocal Media here.
