6 Creative Ways To Make Your Eggs!
It can be hard to eat healthy. Redundancy tends to be a big issue for most eating habits. One way to get rid of excess water weight and kickstart your weightloss journey, is to do an egg fast. It's recommended that you do an egg fast for 3-5 days, and eat nothing but eggs, 'good fats' and cheese. Seems like it would be easy, right? Well, very quickly you can get eggstremely tired of the usual scramble. So, I decided to kick it up a notch with a few different recipes. There's a simple omelette, deviled eggs and egg salad. Then there's also savory egg waffles, egg 'muffins' and cheddar blanket eggs. Enjoy these eggstra cool recipes! (I have got to stop the egg puns.)

Crab Stuffed Shrimp
If this is your first visit to my recipes, welcome! If you are a returner, thank you! I am a true believer that the world of food should be open to a person and moderation in all things is a great way to live life, that’s why I specialize in creating macro-friendly recipes that are much easier to “fit” in moderation.

The BEST Gluten-Free Zucchini Bread
Who isn't baking while being stuck in quarantine! I know I've been in the kitchen almost everyday and at this point have probably gained 15 pounds! I am trying to be healthier but it isn't always easy. With hours of free time comes hours of baking. But I do have to admit my baking began way before corona virus struck out. I am currently in University and live from home as a commuter student. Living at home is great but limits me from socializing the way most university students do. I ended up spending much of my free time baking (and doing homwork lol). I grew a passion for baking and found the art therepuetic and an amazing distraction from the daily stresses life brings. I am currently in the process of writing my own gluten free cook book and have been trying to find new ideas for it each day. I myself am not gluten free but my mom follows the strict diet and the rule in our house is if I want to bake it must be gluten free! I can confidently say that baking gluten free tastes no different than regular deserts if the right flour is used. So don't fear I will be listing my favorite flour and other gluten free ingredients below. Being gluten free shouldn't cut you off from eating desert and many don't realize how simple it is to replace ingredients to fit these restrictions.

Vegetarian Mozzarella Asian Lentil Rice Stir-fry Salad
Mock Duck And Mushroom Rice and Lentil Dish This is a great nutritious dish for switching up and playing with for a vegetarian who is experimenting, does not have gluten allergies, or if you are on a tight budget! Although this recipe does contain cheese it would also be a savory meal without for a vegan as well.

You’ll Never Guess the Ingredients for this Easy Chicken Recipe
Taste and smell has the ability to bring you right back to a specific moment in time. It triggers your memory and lights up your senses to bring you comfort. Or it can trigger bad memories like too much Jose Cuervo in college...still can't drink it to this day. On a positive note, nothing reminds me of Switzerland like rosti and eggs, croissants with nutella and hot chocolate. Nothing reminds me more of Barcelona than a ham and cheese on a croissant and wine cheaper than water. Nothing reminds me of Turkey like simit with honey and butter and the vast tables of mezze with raki. Food had the ability to teleport your mind to different places. For instance Balthazar's bakery in New Jersey has an amazing ham and cheese croissant. If you warm it up, close your eyes and take a bite, it tastes sitting outside a cafe in Spain. This is a feeling everyone is familiar with and if you're not sure you know it watch the movie Ratatouille.
