Casserole lovers: The corn casserole that changes lives
Corn casserole is a customary kind of handcrafted meal that frequently is viewed as solace food. There are two unmistakable kinds of corn dish; one is made with creamed corn and harsh cream prepared in a biscuit hitter, and the other is made with bacon, cream cheddar and a few different fixings. One thing that the two kinds of meals share for all intents and purpose is that they are anything but difficult to make, ordinarily calling for pre-made blends and canned corn, albeit new fixings could undoubtedly be subbed.

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and Vegetables with Ham and Orange Salad !
Chicken soup has been a go to for years. There's a reason for that! Actually, it's the vegetables that are added that enhance the flavor of the soup while adding much needed nutrients. Any of these vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, corn, lima beans, mushrooms, green peas and sweet potatoes, just to name a few, are what gives chicken soup vitamins A and C plus some iron and other minerals. That's why you always feel a little better after you eat it. Plus it is a major comfort food on a cold night in front of a nice fire.

Pizza Dip = Party Time
For 19 years my mom sold Pampered Chef. I’m almost 22, so for most of my life I would go to parties with her, help her sell her products, and have fun in the kitchen with the new tools she would get for free. On top of experimenting with new products there were also new recipes to use them on.

Cottage Pie: Simple, yet I can cook, thats all that matters!
My relationship with cooking is a very strange one. On the surface, I don’t cook that often, instead my boyfriend will take on the large portion of cooking that goes on in our house. It is this part of me that finds cooking too time consuming and inconvenient (which makes no sense when you need food to live).

Spinach Ravioli Alfredo
Most days I try not to eat carbs so when I do make pasta I like to be creative. This has become one of my favorites with spinach ravioli so I decided to be a little daring. Instead of just ravioli I made it a meal. I made it with fresh spinach sautéed in garlic and oil, added some cooked farfalle and then gave it a splash of Alfredo. Let me tell you step by step if you would like to try this. It took me 30 minutes which means you can have a delicious dinner without spending hours in the kitchen.

A Recipe For Poor Man's Crepes
Since I've been keeping to myself even more than usual since Covid-19 hit in March, I've been trying to rebalance my skill set with all of this extra time I found on my hands. While I've had several craft projects from fabric painting to wood burning, one of the big gaps on my resume was cooking. Since I've had roughly half a year of experimentation in my kitchen at this point, I figured it was time to step back and share some of my more successful recipes with you fine, discerning readers.

Paleo Pizza Honey Crust
For many years, I have enjoyed perfecting my own homemade pizza crust, beginning with, in my early childhood, asking my big sister to help me make our own brand new pizza with the help of her brand new Easy Bake Oven. For some reason, that never happened. Later, however, in my teen years, my dad showed me how to make his very own American Pizza, or a twice-toasted (my idea) stack of American cheese melted on top of seasoned tomato sauce spooned on top of pre-toasted white sandwich bread slices. I used to love that snack!

Chicken Fried Steak With Country Gravy. The Down Home Southern Comfort Food
When I was in high school I had a friend that I hung out with on the weekend, sometimes. We would go out on a saturday night and I would spend the night at her house and Sunday afternoon, after church, Her mom would make the best Sunday dinner in the world! Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, the real deal, green beans, I mean fresh! It was a real treat. You would come away from the table feeling full for the rest of the day. Oh, and lets not forget the country gravy. To die for!
