Reviewing Imperia Caviar
Social media algorithms are interesting. Large amounts of combined personal data from numerous individuals is aggregated in order to target ads and other posts. Sometimes these algorithms are way off and sometimes they're spot on. It may feel like an intrusion into our lives, and to an extent it is, but at least the same time, it's almost like having a 24/7 concierge service that constantly provides recommendations.

A Nut-Milker's Dream Come True
As an avid zero-waster it pained me each week to reach for that carton of almond milk from the grocery store dairy aisle. It felt as if the naysayers of the community were peaking around corners tsk-tsk'ing at my waxed-cardboard carton of deliciousness. Of course that likely wasn't the case, but I felt like an imposter who openly shares my views of cutting back household waste and then (not even discretely) adding wasteful packaging to my very own grocery cart. BUT - smoothies... am I right? I couldn't just cut almond milk out of my life. It was my one Achilles' heel in the zero-waste world.

Mouthwatering Cakes, Please Stop Following Me Around the Internet
Dear Goldbelly, You’ve got to know I’ve gained nineteen pounds during COVID. You’ve got to know I’m stuck at home, self-isolating as I wait for that last Moderna shot to make me fully vaccinated. You’ve got to know I’m missing my hometown of Los Angeles so much, and that’s why you keep showing me ads with those adorable little Cakewiches from Cake Monkey on Beverly Boulevard, and the irresistible Burnt Ends BBQ kit from Ugly Drum. I respectfully request you quit toying with my deep-seated food cravings or else I’ll need to ask my nutritionist to send a cease and desist letter. Sincerely, Me

Everything You Need to Know About Burrata
Imagine a ball of mozzarella filled with cream and shredded pieces of mozzarella called "stracciatella." When you slice it open, the sweet cream and stracciatella slide out onto your plate, offering a cool, refreshing experience that's unlike any cheese you've ever tried before. The mozzarella is light, mildly sweet and bursting with rich, creamy flavor. It's a hedonistic experience that reminds you why fine cheese is a culinary delicacy.

Every Plate & Hello Fresh
I won't lie I hate grocery shopping. Hate it. I don't mind meal planning and figuring out what I want us to eat. Although we both have some demanding jobs that does make that more complicated (and since we don't have kids it makes it a little easier to not have to worry about having complete structure).
