Add oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan and preheat it. Prepare 1 plate with 100 grams of plain flour and mix it with the same amount of breadcrumbs. In another plate beat 1 egg. Use your hand to form the potato ball. Cover the potato ball in the flour mixture. After that cover it with the egg. Fry the covered potato balls for about 5 minutes from each side or until golden brown. Serve them with a side of salad and enjoy!
