2-Maakouda
ingredients:

we take the potatoes and boil them, and after that we grind them and add the remaining ingredients in a bowl and we mixes well. we make a medium sized circles and we roast them in white flour to fry . can be served with Mayonnaise or ketchup.
3-Shoukuchoka:
The most delicious shoukuchoka you will make in a very wonderful and delicious Easy and fast dish for dinner Ingredients Olive oil and vegetable oil Medium onion sliced cubes A sweet red pepper sliced cubes 2 hot pepper molasses Garlic sliced 3 large tomatoes chopped cubes Salt and half a spoon of black pepper Half a tablespoon of a spoonful of paprika or Bring a spoon of turmeric. 5 eggs, parsley, to garnish.
