Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of full-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheesecloth
  • A heavy-bottomed pan
  • A strainer
  • A large bowl

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the milk in a weighty lined container on medium intensity.
  2. When the milk reaches boiling point, lessen the intensity to low.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar to the milk and mix.
  4. The corrosive in the lemon juice or vinegar will begin to turn sour the milk. Continue to mix until the milk is completely soured.
  5. Eliminate the container from heat and permit it to cool for a couple of moments.
  6. Line a sifter with cheesecloth and spot it over a huge bowl.
