Ingredients:
- 1 liter of full-fat milk
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Cheesecloth
- A heavy-bottomed pan
- A strainer
- A large bowl

Instructions:
- Heat up the milk in a weighty lined container on medium intensity.
- When the milk reaches boiling point, lessen the intensity to low.
- Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar to the milk and mix.
- The corrosive in the lemon juice or vinegar will begin to turn sour the milk. Continue to mix until the milk is completely soured.
