today I want to share with you one of my
favorite snacks
is yogurt protein
nuts fruit
um and some Cal Mag and some MCT oil
this kind of makes me feel like I'm
cheating when I'm not cheating and after
I've already ate a couple of of meat
meals such as chicken I had chicken and
salad earlier I had
um
Smash Burger I've already had an
omelette earlier I had a protein drink
first thing in the morning
did an hour of cardio walking with the
wifey and um the stepdaughter and so
it's about 6 40.
time to eat some to make me feel like
I'm getting over
but you're not really getting over
because it's not ice cream or nothing
like that so let me show you how I get
out
a lot of the ingredients that this stuff
would be in the link in the description
so one of the things I like to use
MCT oil you can use you know whatever
type of NTT oil along this for human
consumption medium chain triglycerides
this I like to use because it helps
um lower the glycemic index the sugar
spike in the fruit and
um it's great for metabolism you know
keeping your
insulin levels kind of balanced out so
I'll throw a spoonful of this in there
and I I use this in my protein drinks
um
sometimes when I make another
concoctions I'll throw this in there
like I said it's good good great for
your metabolism
then
for cramps and stuff man because
um
you know I could craft some time doing
abs and my hamstrings cramp up when I'm
sometimes uh going for walks or long
bike rides So Cal magnesium citrate
this stuff is great it's also for
anybody that's older that's you know
gets a lot of cramps or you have issues
with you know lack of calcium
um it can also come you can get cramps
through from low sodium but
um this is a great supplement and um
you know it's also good for your
bones and your teeth
throw a spoonful of this in here
for yogurt uh you can use
a couple different types of Greek yogurt
I like
um
either sometimes I use uh trabadi faget
um there's another one
um called two
two something I can't remember the name
off the top of my head but that was good
this one's only um two grams of sugar
per six ounce serving Greek yogurt
you could whatever whatever you know you
can use get your get a hold of you just
don't want to use the yogurts that have
a lot of sugar in them this one has two
grams of fat
four carbohydrates for a 3 4 Cup 14
grams of protein so it's high in protein
so I'll put
about 3 4 Cup in here
and measure this I don't really that's
kind of eyeball it
that's about
three-fourths cup
and I'm a big guy man so you know I
weigh about 250 so as far as calories
I'm not like counting calories I'm not
trying to lose weight
um on you know default mode so I'm
always
trying to maintain just that balance
I've gotten down to 2 30.
and you know people thought I was sick
oh man what's going on with you man I'm
like dude ain't nothing wrong I just
died it down so right around 2 45 250 is
my sweet spot
um
you know I ain't got no crazy good
enough like that but I'm not super
ripped but I'm not competing so I don't
really care
so
that is that
I'll lead up to you young guys to be
flossing your abs and all that stuff man
and you know doing that stuff I I did
that but I'm not really tripping off of
that right now and then for fruit I made
this mixture I didn't really want to
bore you guys with cutting it up
on camera
but um
some pretty dope mixture of fruit man
um
Stir It Up a little bit unless you take
a look at it
so this mixture is
strawberries Apple blueberry Orange
pineapple great mixture very vibrant in
colors so um you know you're eating your
food to me the food has to also be
appealing to look at you know some
people can just eat you know string
beans and chicken and and rice and tuna
I've done all that too but what I'm
eating to put a smile on my face these
different
colors
are exciting to me
and
um
you know it's just a really good
blend of flavor you know and this is all
fresh fruit
I just cut out the pineapple and
everything I just put all the stuff in
here before I turned on the camera so
I'll put
uh put two two scoops of this in here
damn it one
two two scoops
a little baby scoop
all right
so I got two scoops of that in there
gotta go in the fridge afterwards and
then I have some mixed nuts
yeah throwing my nuts you know
um
pistachios oh man some raisins some uh
cranberry some walnuts
um
yogurt drops
and it's just a mixture man I get this
stuff from uh
one of the grocery stores and it's like
I mixed in the Salted with the
some of the trail mix stuff I'll throw a
toothproof of this end
I don't even know how many carbs that is
like
like a County
I just put in what I think
is cool one minute
drops above the floor
um now can't forget the main ingredient
the protein
the protein I'm using right now because
I've ran out of the protein that we were
selling I just got some cool whey
protein I have a link in the description
for some protein you can order this
protein in particular is
three carbs zero sugars 26 grams of
scoop
so I'll throw in one scoop
and usually I do
half a scoop
and um
that's my concoction man
it's a lot going on but man this is like
oh man it's like
it's like a party
mix all this stuff up
I get so excited sometimes the food be
jumping out the bowl
and I like this just as much as I like
eating a hamburger man you know I cut
out fruit for a while when I was doing
like you know oh I'm not gonna mess with
any of the you know I'm cutting out a
lot of the carbs and stuff I'm like ,
man what am I doing man I'm not I'm not
like blowed out I'm not like I need to
lose a bunch of weight I've always been
in shape I've always been pretty
uh active so I added added the fruit
back in because it puts a smile on my
face
and I enjoy eating it
