My {Perfectly Healthy} Obsession With Gordon Ramsey. Top Story - January 2022.
Gordon Ramsey. The name alone has enough brand equity and recognition. I normally hate when people scream and shout all day long, but for Mr. Gordon Ramsey, I’ll make an exception. Today, I’m exposing myself with a rather unhealthy obsession of mine and that is the culinary guru himself.

Eating Good in Portland, ME
If there's any place I daydream about moving to, Portland, Maine is high as hell on the list. Thankfully I'm close enough to take weekend trips to visit friends - and to say the food there is incredible is the biggest understatement. I'm a sucker for a small city with cute shops and unique food, and Portland hits those nails right on the head. If you're a foodie in any sense of the term, you've gotta check it out, if not only for an afternoon of restaurant hopping! Out of the handful of times I've been up there recently, I already have my favorite spots: read on and enjoy!

The City of Los Angeles
I moved to the city of Los Angeles in March of 2020 just as the pandemic started to take hold of the entire world. Date nights for my man and I turned into living room picnics of local take-out, homemade cocktails, and live virtual concerts. Such a treat in this city, in the lap of luxury, where every kind of cuisine is available top-notch.

Sushi, Music and Merlot!
On a lovely sunny day in Asheville, North Carolina, as I was playing music for people walking up and down the sidewalks of our beautiful downtown, a long-time acquaintance came by and tipped me, but this time he stood by and listened a bit longer than usual. Nick was wearing a fashion mask even though normally he had those typical blue ones on at times in the past when he had come by to listen, but this one mask tonight had art image of a guitar and music notes on it, and I could sense he wanted to ask me something. After I finished my song which happened to be titled, “Something in your eyes” I decided to take a small pause and so he asked if by any chance I wanted to grab some sushi with him after I am done busking. As he glanced into my eyes, he said.

There's No Place Like Logan's Place
Growing up in a small town has it’s staples. Everyone knows everyone, there’s team comradery for the local high school, a church on every corner and of course, the local eatery. Having grown up in the small Texas town that I’ve now relocated back to, I look back and realize I didn’t appreciate it as much as I do now. The local restaurant that is now the “it” place in town is new, but it has absolutely established itself as the new place to be.

The Best Little Tasty Treats in Orlando
There is a lot to do, a lot to see, and a lot to experience in beautiful Orlando, FL. Theme parks, concerts, International Drive alone is its one sort of amazing tourist attraction . . . but how about our amazing food? I'm not talking about theme park restaurants either. Let go of the hold "Mythos" or "Be Our Guest" has on your minds because I'm only talking about the cream of the crop of local eateries!
