People Also Ask:

Why use coconut water in smoothies?

Maintaining hydration and preventing muscular cramps and exhaustion are two benefits of replenishing your electrolytes. Aside from these benefits, coconut water is my preferred drink for blending into smoothies due to the sweetness and perfect consistency it provides.

Are smoothies better with coconut water or almond milk?

For most smoothies, almond milk is an excellent choice. Go for the unsweetened varieties to save on calories and sugar when purchasing. Unsweetened almond milk from Amazon is our top pick for the most significant outcomes. "Nature's energy drink" is a popular name for coconut water.
