Children: Our most valuable natural resource.
Shameless Things I've Done for My Daughter in the Kitchen. Top Story - October 2021.
This How It All Started While growing up I ate everything that my mother prepared for our family to eat whether I liked the foods placed before or hated them. My father worked very hard to ensure that no meals were ever missed. Neither my sisters nor I ever told my mother what we wanted or what our preferences were. That was sometimes reserved for special occasions like birthdays. It was just customary to simply eat whatever was placed on the dinner table.

Help your Child in Growth and Development.
Children have a very sensitive heart and nurturing it to the fullest is the duty of their elders. However, while protecting the sensitivity of the heart of these children, making them mature and well-educated is also very crucial.

The Making Headway Foundation Commemorates 25 Years of Helping Children with Brain and Spinal Cord Tumors
Chappaqua, N.Y., October 8, 2021 – With bittersweetness, the Making Headway Foundation is commemorating their milestone 25th Anniversary as a Foundation dedicated to the care, comfort, and cure of children with brain and spinal cord tumors. Why bittersweet? In the U.S., more children die from brain, spinal cord, or other central nervous system (CNS) tumors than from any other disease.

Fall bucket list
As a society, no matter your age, we are always on our phones. There is very little that we do that doesn't involve technology. I am just as guilty myself. But I really want to spend some quality time with my daughter, that is away from devices. So I made a fall bucket list, filled with quality time activities for us to do together. You can ask your family as well, to get them involved. The goal is to accomplish the list before winter comes. Then you can always do another one for winter. Here are some ideas of what you can put on your fall bucket list.

Billy's First Baseball Game
Billy loved baseball. He knew that this was going to be his year. He was going to get to play in the little league game. Billy had watched his friends play for the last couple of years while he sat and waited patiently on the bench. Billy loved to watch them all play. They didn’t win all their games, but they didn’t lose them all either. Billy would go home after the games and had dreams of playing in the game. He longed to be out there with his friends. He just hoped that coach would let him get out there this year.

To The Momma Struggling...
Being a parent can be so damn hard and I know how frustrating it is to just get through the days. The crying, the tantrums in the car, the screaming in the middle of a grocery store… all while you’re trying to keep yourself together as well. But all you want to do is cry, have a tantrum, and scream. It’s so hard not to lose your shit every day, hell…it’s hard not to lose it every hour. If I broke down as much as I wanted to, I might be considered a toddler myself.

Tips To Make Your Child's Experience at the Dentist a Good One
If you want your child to have good dental health for his or her whole life, it is important that you take your child to the dentist regularly. That being said, it is often easier said than done. Many children (and adults) are scared of the dentist. It may be a struggle to get your child to the dentist every six months. However, there are ways that you can make it a pleasant experience for your child so that you don't have to fight your child every time that he or she needs to visit the dentist.

Songs for Halloween
Whilst I was working in child care as an Early Childhood Education I would play different songs to match each month or holiday for example, for Easter, I would play any Easter or bunny songs. Around the month of December, I would play all kinds of Santa music, including Australian Santa Carols. So in October, I like to encourage the children to help decorate the classrooms up while playing some music that will go with the month. So as an educator, I want the children to still learn through this so I had the children do some painting to make their own decorations to make the classroom look spooky whilst we are learning wer also play songs that are appropriate for children to listen to, such as ones that can be educational. This includes songs that have mathematics and numeracy in it but I do also play ones that are fun for the children to use their imagination skills and pretend to be things like a witch, skeleton, warewolf, monster or a zombie. When I played these kinds of songs in the past children would dance, run around, and pretend to be scared like in the songs and then laugh, they would then ask for me to play the song again.
