Am I A Bad Person?
Ok darlings, here’s the what’s going down and I need some outside input. Recently, as in the last year and a half, my mom just got out of an abusive relationship (i’m talking physically, mentally, emotionally abusive). Now she’s been with this guy (let’s call him Bo), for 11 years and he’s actually my brothers dad.

Just Be There
Have you ever experienced a difficult child or teenager? Are they your child? They may seem to want the world and more, but to them you are their world and what they’re craving is your attention and they’ll take it however they can get it. For some, this is by doing things around the house to get praise or cuddling you watching a film but for some, especially those who have parent(s) who work a lot or lots of siblings, this can be through fighting or getting in trouble. They may not necessarily want to be in trouble but it catches their parents attention and that’s what they are seeking.

An emotional roller coaster
He fanned the notes in front of his face and smiled. Was this a moment of pure joy that he would always remember? Probably. He made a mental note to get his little black book out later and phone his friends to gloat. He had never held this much money in his hands. The smile widened. He thought about those closest to him and if he could make them feel as good as he was right now. He wondered if this was empathy or generosity.

How to deal with PreTeen & Teen Girls during Online school Thank You Covid19
I wrote this poem on June 9th 1998, when I was just about 14 years old. I have many poems & diary's from past years, some are absolutely awful, other still have the power to make my eyes well up. Perhaps that is because I know in what context they were written in, the people they were written about, & what they actually meant/mean to me.

The Sudden Death of a Parent
All around us, life and death exist. Sometimes we know when it will happen, while other times it's a complete surprise. It's estimated that 250 babies are born each minute. It comes as no surprise that life and death are inevitable, so long as women are still able to reproduce and men are able to stay just as fertile. The circle of life is truly what it's all about. We are born, we live, we die. Our time spent on Earth varies per person. Some only live a few moments, too weak to survive, while others live to be over 100 years of age, surviving wars, famine, and disease.
