The Mantra
Just be nice, just be nice. This had become Arthur Wayne’s mantra for the past six months. Every time he entered the shabby four-story apartment building to drop off his daughter Abby, he recited it to himself when he pushed the call button for the elevator. While the elevator descended to the ground floor, Arthur looked down at his daughter with a smile on his face. A mother’s love
What is a mother’s love? A mother’s love is sweet, kind, tough, and unconditional. A mother’s love has boundaries when crossed you will feel the loss. Without a mother’s love it is harder to overcome life’s obstacles. A mother’s love helps us regain strength, hope, confidence, and faith that everything will work out in time. A mother’s love let’s us see the light in everything. A mother’s love is like having arms around you comforting you as you go on your journey in all the stages in your life. A mother’s love knows when it is being taken advantage of and you will then see a mother’s love start to fade. A mother’s love will then turn into tough love, so that you know when you take a mother’s love for granted, when you need it the most it won’t be there.

Christmas Memories
Christmas Memories I remember when Christmas the holiday used to be fun and joyous. Not so commercialized like it is today. You used to enjoy time with your family and friends. Sometimes it was a time for old friends you have not seen in a long time to come around. Reminisce about days long past. Children now a days would not know of what is was like before. All they seem to look forward to is what will they get under the tree.
