High Pressure Food Preservation

High-pressure food preservation is a technique that uses 70,000 pounds per square inch or more of pressure to squeeze meals inside a vessel. This kills bacteria and prevents rotting while preserving the food's appearance, texture, and flavor.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging

Fresh food goods have a longer shelf life when packaged in modified atmosphere packaging. The atmospheric air inside a package is replaced with a protective gas mix, ensuring that the product remains as fresh as possible for as long as possible.
