HOW I GOT RID OF HYPERTENSION WITH HERBS
Nature's remedy for high blood pressure that will blow your mind!
I found out I had high blood pressure when I was pregnant with my first child. It was a struggle to keep myself healthy and ensure my child was safe. Many women like me become hypertensive during pregnancy, and some are lucky enough to have it disappear after delivery.
Some, like me, have to live with the reality that it has come to stay until you find a remedy. I was popping pills in my mouth every night, and I honestly hate swallowing medications, so one night, I took my phone to look for treatments that would help lower my blood pressure naturally.
Before I go ahead and tell you the remedies I found, let me explain how one becomes hypertensive: we all have hearts, and our hearts pump blood, yeah? Now, there are two types of blood vessels (channels through which blood gets circulated); one Carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body. This is called an artery and contains oxygen. Another vessel(the vein) Carries blood from other parts of the body to the heart. When the pressure or force of the blood passing through your artery is too high, one is said to have high blood pressure.
So how does the blood pressure become high?
Here are possible reasons why blood passing through the arteries may come with so much force. Let’s imagine a hose with water rushing out from it. The water in the tank determines the force it comes with, some studies suggest regular blood donation as a means to lower blood pressure ( consult with your doctor before doing this)
Another reason is that our arteries get clogged with cholesterol thereby giving less access for the blood to pass. Again I will make an example with a water hose. Imagine it gets dirty and accumulates algae and other things; less water will gush out because there are roadblocks in the hose even though the water is coming with so much force, it is forced to slow down, and our arteries begin to stretch as a result of this.
So where does salt come in all of this
Basically, salt makes your body retain more fluid and this fluid can pose as extra blood in your system, making it appear like you have so much blood and thus increasing the pressure. By the way, is it just me? Have you noticed that many hypertensive drugs make you urinate more? This happens because your body is getting rid of the fluid and making sure your blood doesn't have too much water in it.
From all I have explained I am sure you can deduce what the natural remedies will be.
First, you can donate blood as I stated earlier, but be sure to find out if your blood isn't just too much water posing as blood before you donate blood.
Secondly, burn cholesterol with these easy steps:
Hit the gym or engage in physical activity which can help with good circulation.
Take a spoonful of garlic and lemon juice daily. These are natural foods that can help burn cholesterol. Adding lemon to your water helps increase your lemon intake too.
Lastly, reduce salt intake since salt is a major culprit that encourages water retention in your bodyYou can also change your salt to one that doesn't contain sodium. Potassium chloride gives a salty taste too, and is a perfect alternative. Here’s one tip I find useful: LIMIT SALTY FOODS. I know we all love that rich umami flavor, and this is probably the hardest thing to do, but trust me, your body will thank you because when your body retains too much fluid, hypertension is there to stay unless you find a way to get rid of all that water, salt is your enemy.
Obesity can be a contributing factor for essential hypertension. Burn that fat and say yes to a healthier life.
Lemon does wonders for weight loss and hypertension by extension. Add a little to your drinking water, add some to your tea, and ditch cholesterol-filled milk for now. I wish you the best and hope you win this fight against High blood pressure.
