SpudBros
The Preston Potato Phenomenon

Introduction
I have wanted to do this on Vocal for months but haven't had a clue how to do this. I thought about doing a poem, and maybe I will get an idea as I write this, but first of all, I will share their Facebook page and then will tell you my impression of what they are, what they do, and what they are going to do:

My Impressions Of SpudBros
The first time I came across the SpudBros Tram was in the Flag Market at Preston in front of The Harris Museum.

These were the queues for their excellent jacket potatoes and parched peas. My first thought was that you are going to be queuing for longer than your lunch break, but each time I go back, the queues are enormous, and they do get through them very quickly.
Although they started in Preston and now sponsor Preston North End, they are now spreading throughout the country and into Europe. I don't know when they will hit Canada and the USA, but they are growing in popularity, and now each time I get to Preston, I make time to go and have a chat with them.
This is them on the BBC:

And this SpudBros Cake

Conclusion
If you haven't heard of them yet, you will do. They are dynamic, fun, hard-working and serve great food.
I am going to Preston tomorrow and hopefully will catch up with them and maybe add a selfie to this piece.
Thank you so much for reading, and check out their Facebook pages for some great images and videos.
And proof that I have been and eaten their excellent food:

Love this and I hope they do come over here to the US. The photos are great.
Oh wow, they gave it to that guy for free! That's so awesomeeee! We do have jacket potatoes here but I've never tried them before
This looks amazing, Mike. I *love* potatoes. There is nothing like this anywhere I know of in America. I hope they one day make it overseas (complete with the British accent!) ⚡️💙⚡️
What is your favorite item on the menu? They give such enormous servings in the videos. In America, our "loaded" baked potatoes are quite different...sour cream, butter, cheese, chives, bacon bits, sometimes jalapenos. I have never seen coleslaw or pork-n-beans on them, though. I'd give it a go, though. But no tuna on them...I only eat tuna (mixed with mayo, pickle relish, boiled eggs) on sandwiches. Very interesting to see the culture of your hometown, Mike!
Love the video. They take the time to talk to their customers. I see why you like them. Very Hearty food for sure. Have a nice trip to your hometown!!!! Look forward to your story from your trip when you get back.
