Film was so much better than was expected!
Better than it really should have been. Funny, thought-provoking, and entertaining. Escapism with an important message. Gerwig poked fun and holes at the patriarchy and toxic masculinity while empowering women and men. The soundtrack, dance sequences, jokes, and performances, particularly from Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and America Ferrera, stole it.

Fear of a Black Hat
Fear of a Black Hat, a Rusty Cundieff film, is one of my all-time favorite movies for when I need to laugh. We’re talking Kentucky-Fried Movie territory. You want the uncut version, otherwise you don’t get the Ice Froggy Frog video (below) at the beginning, and the discussion about artistic integrity in Cleveland. I own the cut version (😥)—couldn’t find the uncut version at that time, no extra money for it right now, but you aren’t me, so buy the uncut version.

Casting was superb for this one! There were a couple of bits of it I didn't like, but overall it was better than I thought it would be. I liked it better than Oppenheimer haha
