"Mr. Wahid after gathering all of the evidence against you long with the witnesses that’s come forth, I want to firstly say that your acts of negligence and deceit are utterly shameful. You took an oath that you have failed to uphold, I sentence you to five years in prison, your license to practice medicine in the united states will be revoked"

DR. Wahid a woke in a panic, sweating profusely, his movements didn’t bother Nurse Delaney as she slept peacefully. It wasn’t until her phone vibrated which prompted DR. Wahid to flip her phone over, wake her up, and tell her that it was time for her to leave.

“oh my gosh look what time it is!” Nurse Delaney scrambled out of bed, grabbed her clothes, and got dressed. Dr. Wahid began to glower at her until once more the dream came back to crowd his mind. He felt as if he could hear his heart beating through his ears, He knew from the beginning he should have listened to his conscious mind instead of his avaricious side. DR. Wahid was lost in his mind, he ignored Nurse Delaney with a shooing motion as she tried to tell him she was leaving. Silently infuriated, Nurse Delaney heads for the door. while outside Nurse Delaney realized she still had DR. Wahid’s little black notebook tucked inside her bag, she tried calling him no answer. Walking up to the door to knock, DR. Wahid swung open the door but was stopped in his tracks.

“Hey” was all she had time to say before DR. Wahid rudely cut her off.

“Look after what happened, and the fact that you’re a married woman its best if we revert back to our professional relationship, see you at the hospital Nurse Delaney.”

And with that he was gone leaving Nurse Delaney stuck with anguish in her eyes watching him drive away. Their Love affair began eight months ago, and she had been his business partner in his recent endeavors she even planned to leave her husband. As Nurse Delaney approached her house, her husband Officer Delaney stood in the driveway waiting for an explanation to his wife’s whereabouts. Ignoring the questions of her husband, Nurse Delaney made her way to the shower, as soon as the bathroom door shut, and he heard water running, Officer Delaney searched his wife’s bag to find her phone, instead grabbed a small black notebook instead. He had never seen the notebook which spiked his curiosity, just before opening the book, Nurse Delaney’s phone rung and it was DR. Wahid.

“she needs to hurry, but we will discuss her whereabouts once she gets home tonight”

Officer Delaney noticed that DR. Wahid sent her a text message that stated his apology for being rude and that he enjoyed the night they shared but he did not want to continue seeing her. Officer Delaney quickly deleted the message and placed her phone back, he kept the book. Officer Delaney was suspicious but had no real lead now he did, and it broke his heart. Officer Delaney left for work, Nurse Delaney dressed and proceeded to the hospital. DR. Wahid continued his day as routine, he even assisted in a C-section alongside another doctor who was new to the practice. Nurse Delaney spotted DR. Wahid walking past surgery prep when she approached him.

“DR Wahid can I speak to you for a moment” Rolling his eyes DR Wahid walked to an empty room and stared at Nurse Delaney while she spoke.

“what’s the problem? You were moody this morning, and saying that you want to revert back to a professional relationship, you have been avoiding me all day what I do?” DR Wahid looked at Nurse Delaney with pure disgust.

“After last night and your confession, I just don’t really feel this is right, I mean its not your married, I do appreciate everything you’ve done for me but its time to put this fling to an end. I no longer wish to see you in that manner” explained DR Wahid. Nurse Delaney felt rage, she knew exactly what he was referring to and she thought that he understood the circumstance. He once again walked away coldly. Nurse Delaney spent half her shift sulking at the fact that DR Wahid really wanted nothing to do with her, she then remembered that she still had his small black notebook in her nurse’s bag which he would need for his 3 o’clock surgical procedure. She figured he would come looking for her to ask her for it and she could then explain and apologize. DR Wahid did have love for Nurse Delaney even though he knew he would never be the only man in her life, but he now saw her in a different light after her drunken confession. He also knew that if he wanted to continue his side Business scheme, he would need Nurse Delaney to play her position.

Officer Delaney called his Lieutenant claiming food poisoning as a reason to miss work and do a little private investigating of his own in the case of his wife and her lover DR Wahid, he didn’t realize that the small black notebook he’d taken from his wife’s bag held a darker secret than just her infidelity. Nurse Delaney walked toward her locker to grab her bag and head to her car, if she wasn’t with DR Wahid during lunch, she would eat to herself in her car. Nurse Delaney tried calling her husband so he could mentally give her relief of DR Wahid, she found it weird that he didn’t answer. She decided to call to the precinct but was notified that he called in sick. Now worried, Nurse Delaney asked one of her coworkers to cover for her she had an emergency at home she needed to check out. She continuously tried calling him but to no avail, she grew even more worried wondering if his blood sugar ran low. DR Wahid checked his phone after his notification bell went off and a smile ran across his face, His initial deposit of 20,000 appeared and the deal was officially sealed. Grabbing the chart of his patient, he searched his scrubs and lab coat pockets and immediately felt as if he turned blue. His book was gone! Officer Delaney called and met with an old friend who specializes in computers and certain web hacking. They agreed to meet at a coffee shop just a little bit across town, looking and reading through the contents of the small black notebook sent chills up his spine and the worst of all he noticed his wife’s handwriting and signatures under names and addresses. He made an analysis of at least 3 different types of handwriting and, with a little help from an old pal, he uncovered a lot of dark truths contained in the notebook.

Nurse Delaney finally arrived at their home but was shocked to notice that her husband’s car was not in the driveway. She tried calling once more but again no answer. She tried texting him and to her surprise he responded but not with kind words as she hoped. He told her that he was busy and to stop calling he would see her when she ended her shift at the hospital. Confused, she followed suit and redirected her GPS towards the hospital. DR Wahid fell in utter panic, he searched his doctor’s bag, his locker, and his car but couldn’t locate his small black notebook. Trying to retrace his footsteps, he remembered completing a job the day prior and realizing Nurse Delaney hadn’t returned the book. Its now 2:00 pm and he is scheduled to perform a Nephrectomy at 3pm, He couldn’t locate Nurse Delaney and he needs the small black notebook before he’s needed in the operating room. DR Wahid went to his car for privacy and to call Nurse Delaney. Before he made it across the parking lot, he noticed Nurse Delaney getting out of her car, he nearly sprinted to get to her.

“Nurse Delaney where have you been? I’ve been searching for you at least an hour, the deal is done, the money has been deposited and I need you to make the drop I have a lot to get done today. I also need my notebook I panicked earlier but remembered you still had it”. Nurse Delaney had a lot on her mind in that moment, her husband missed work due to being ill, but he was not, DR Wahid ended their rendezvous, Nurse Delaney felt both pain and fear when the thought of her husband having an affair came to her mind. She resurfaced and began searching her bag for the small black notebook, but it was gone, feeling uneasy, she went to her car to search all over but came up with nothing. She felt a queasy feeling as she came to the realization that she lost it, or so she thought. She remembered having the book after she left his house that morning but has not physically seen it since. Nurse Delaney approached DR Wahid, told him she misplaced it, but she would find it, DR Wahid turned pale white as if all the blood was sucked from his body. DR Wahid knew that involving her in his business while being intimate would lead to his demise, if they did not locate that small black notebook and soon, their lives and the lives of their families could be in jeopardy.

Officer Delaney told his friend about his wife’s affair with DR Wahid and explained that he took the small black notebook from his wife’s bag as well as noticed her along with two unknown signatures, account information, names, dates, locations, body part information and prices. Taking the notebook his friend Marcia worked as a technical analyst of the Behavioral Analysis unit for the FBI, she used a separate laptop for certain cases because it could not be traced. Spending an hour searching and hacking, She and Officer Delaney were left utterly speechless from their findings. Nurse Delaney went home to search her house thinking the notebook may be there, DR Wahid noticed he only had 35 minutes left before he was expected in the operating room, he knew he was too deep in to turn back plus he would have to not only return the 20,000 but the price would be doubled including forms of punishment. He hoped and prayed Nurse Delaney found the notebook, which he vowed to never give to her again.

Nurse Delaney searched high and low, but she couldn’t find it and she began to worry. Officer Delaney and His friend Marcia discovered that DR Wahid and Nurse Delaney were in cahoots with another source involving the selling and transportation of human organs. The small black notebook contained all evidence pointing to Illegal organ trafficking, they needed to first locate his computer to confirm any surgeries he’d done, the patient’s information, and possible clues as to whom the third source may be. Marcia knew this was a federal case, but she allowed Officer Delaney to either get a confession from his wife or more evidence against them. Officer Delaney left both hurt and enraged. DR Wahid couldn’t get in contact with Nurse Delaney, he knew that the kidney only had 36-48 hours to survive outside the body, on top of the 17 hours and 21 minutes it takes to get the kidney to its destination so immediately after the surgery Nurse Delaney meets the source at the address written in the small black notebook, signs before delivery, after, and the source signs off on its arrival, this was starting to become a nightmare for DR Wahid.

Officer Delaney called his wife and noticed she was crying claiming she lost something, he approached their home and met a frantic Nurse Delaney. He stared coldly, reached into his pocket and asked her

“Are you crying over this?” holding the small black notebook.
