Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces 11th Lawsuit Amid Serious Criminal Allegations

"Music Mogul Faces Mounting Accusations of Abuse, Trafficking, and Assault as Legal Battle Intensifies"

Hip-hop star and business mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs, is now facing series of lawsuits and criminal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. These allegations have shocked many, and Combs is currently in federal custody, awaiting trial.

The latest accusations come from Thalia Graves, who claims that Combs and his bodyguard drugged, tied up, and raped her in 2001, even filming the assault. Graves is the 11th person to come forward, accusing the rapper of sexual misconduct. Combs, however, has denied all criminal wrongdoing.

What Is Combs Being Accused Of?

Authorities arrested Combs, 54, at a New York hotel on September 16th. The charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. Federal prosecutors allege that Combs created a criminal enterprise, using drugs, violence, and his celebrity status to exploit women for his sexual desires. They describe his actions as involving “Freak Offs,” where women were deceived and pressured into performing sexual acts.

In March, police raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles, uncovering firearms, ammunition, and over 1,000 bottles of lubricant. Prosecutors have also spoken with witnesses, including some who worked for Combs, and more charges could be filed as the investigation continues.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the three felony charges. His legal team describes him as a "fighter" who isn’t afraid of the accusations. Despite this, Combs has been denied bail twice and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, a federal facility known for its harsh conditions.

Combs’ First Accuser: Cassie Ventura

The first person to file a lawsuit against Combs was his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, a model and musician. Ventura, in her November lawsuit, claimed that she endured years of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking during her relationship with Combs. Though Combs strongly denied the claims, the two parties quickly settled the case out of court.

However, more troubling details surfaced later. In May, a video obtained by CNN showed Combs physically assaulting Ventura during a fight in 2016. Combs later admitted to the incident, posting a video on Instagram where he expressed his regret. “My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions,” he said.

The Growing Number of Accusers

Since Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit, 10 other individuals have stepped forward with their own allegations against Combs. One of these accusers, Joi Dickerson-Neal, claims that Combs drugged and raped her while she was a student at Syracuse University in 1991. She also alleges that he filmed the assault and shared it with others. Combs’ representatives have dismissed her claims, calling them a “money grab.”

Another accuser, Liza Gardner, says that Combs and R&B singer Aaron Hall forced her to have sex when she was only 16 years old. She also alleges that Combs visited her the following day and choked her until she lost consciousness. Combs’ attorney has rejected these claims, labeling them as “bogus.”

A woman known only as Jane Doe has also filed a lawsuit, claiming that Combs, along with former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre and another individual, violently gang-raped her when she was a 17-year-old high school student. Combs denied the allegations on social media, calling them “sickening” and accusing the plaintiffs of seeking quick financial gains. His legal team is attempting to have this lawsuit dismissed, while Harve Pierre has called the accusations "completely false."

Other Lawsuits and Allegations

Several more individuals have come forward with their own stories. Producer and videographer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked on Combs’ latest album, accused him of running an illegal racketeering enterprise. Jones claims that he was forced to acquire drugs and arrange sex workers for Combs. He also alleges that both Combs and actor Cuba Gooding Jr. groped him without his consent.

Another accuser, Grace O’Marcaigh, worked on a yacht that Combs’ family had rented in 2022. She claims that Combs and his son, Christian "King" Combs, created an environment filled with debauchery, sexual assault, and celebrities.

Crystal McKinney alleges that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003 after a Men’s Fashion Week event. She further claims that Combs "blackballed" her, preventing her from finding work in the modeling industry.

April Lampros, who met Combs while she was a student at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology in 1994, accused him of four separate sexual assaults during the early 2000s. Meanwhile, Adria English, a former adult-film actress, claims that Combs used her as a "sexual pawn" for the pleasure and benefit of others during his famous "White Parties."

Dawn Richards, a former member of Combs-assembled music groups, also came forward, claiming to have witnessed Combs’ abuse of Cassie Ventura. She says that when she attempted to intervene, Combs threatened her life.

What's Next?

As more accusers come forward, the case against Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to grow. While he remains in federal custody, his legal team is working to secure his release before trial, citing the poor conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center. However, prosecutors argue that Combs poses a flight risk, and so far, his requests for bail have been denied.

If convicted, Combs faces a sentence ranging from 15 years to life in prison. For now, he awaits his day in court, while the accusations against him continue to mount, potentially leading to more lawsuits and charges.
