A Cop Wrote A False Police Report About Me
Cop who targeted me murdered someone with disgraced former sheriff Marco Lopez

In a previous article, I wrote about my experience being targeted by a stalker cop who wrote a false police report about me. From my article, “I Was Stalked By A Cop”:
To protect myself, and prevent future acts of stalking, I won’t share many personal details about myself.
I was stalked by a Florida cop.
Specifically, a cop from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department. Yes, the same Osceola County Sheriff’s Department where the sheriff was just fired for reports of running an illegal gambling operation. But former Sheriff Marco Lopez’s criminal activity is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m here to tell you that the Florida cops have been oppressing the people and acting like an organized gang for years. This is my story, and I’m sure it’s just one of many.
“Sergeant Jason Denning”, a white male cop from Osceola County, Florida stalked me and wrote a false police report about me a few years ago, which almost destroyed the lives of me and my family. Why he did it, I cannot say “beyond a shadow of a doubt”. I honestly don’t know if he is part of a bigger conspiracy, or if just did it because I rejected him. But what I can tell you is that he wrote a false police report about me, where he claimed that I committed a horrific crime: attempted murder. Every aspect of his police report was a lie. He made false accusations about my family to provide a fake “motive”, he used fake “quotes”, he lied about my education and work history to make it seem as if I was uneducated and unemployed, he claimed that there were witnesses, undercover detectives, and even a false confession from me. None of it was true. But just because he was a police officer, a lot of people believed him, which caused me and my family massive legal trouble, led to us living in full blown fear and shame for years, and led to me being sexually trafficked for years in jail.
As it turns out, “Sergeant Jason Denning”, the stalker cop who targeted me and my family, has a history of murdering people and writing false police reports to cover up for it. He was the former partner of disgraced former sheriff Marco López, who was fired and arrested a few months ago for running an illegal gambling and prostitution ring.
How are they connected?
A few years ago, Marco López and Jason Denning murdered someone together, then wrote a false police report covering up for it. A man named Jayden Baez was murdered when López, Denning, and several other deputies opened fire on Baez after he allegedly stole $46.16 from Target. From the article, “Attorneys For Men Shot By Deputies Say Video Counters Osceola Sheriff’s Claims”:
Records show Lowe and Gómez were being followed by store loss-prevention officers as they allegedly stole from Target but weren’t stopped as they were leaving the store. Deputies swarmed Baez’s car as soon as they returned to it and opened fire when Baez tried ramming past the unmarked vehicles.
Though López said the deputies in cars announced themselves to the men and flashed their lights “when contact was made,” video shows the lights were only turned on just as the Audi began driving away, mere seconds after unmarked vehicles tried boxing it in.
Released incident reports, from which the Sheriff’s Office redacted the names of most deputies involved, said those on scene were in the area as part of a training session involving “covert-style operations and scenario-based role-playing.” The initial report, written by Detective Jason Denning, said deputies were pulled away from the training to stop Baez’s car from leaving the parking lot.
The report seemed to contradict arrest affidavits filed in court, which said Baez’s car had an obscured tag when deputies began investigating. Denning wrote in his report that the car had a temporary license tag, which is visible in the surveillance video.
None of the deputies involved wore body cameras and their vehicles didn’t record dash camera footage.
Last week, lawyers provided photos of Lowe’s hands, which were shot three times each, leaving Lowe without one of his fingers. Gómez was shot in the back after climbing into the backseat of the car.
Meanwhile, López didn’t comment on why the pair weren’t stopped as they left the store with the stolen goods, which one report said were valued at $46.16.
How many other people have Osceola County deputies murdered, that we just don’t know about? How many other people have Osceola County deputies murdered, or attempted to murder then written false police reports about, whose families didn’t have the money to hire an attorney, so their stories are lost forever?
Hopefully, Jason Denning’s career trajectory follows that of former sheriff Marco López’s, and he is fired and arrested soon. I was not there the night that Jayden Baez’s life was taken. However, if Denning did the same thing to Jayden Baez that he did to me, then the police report was a complete fabrication, as if it was written by a professional author or novelist. He completely made up a story, made up quotes, made up supposed facts, claimed that people confessed or made certain incriminating statements, and claimed that supposed “interviews” and “investigations” happened that never took place.
In a just world, Denning would be arrested, charged with stalking and attempted murder in my case, and charged with murder, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Jayden Baez case. Marco López, who is already sitting in jail for misusing his position as a sheriff to run an illegal gambling and prostitution ring, should also receive an added charge for attempted murder, and added charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Jayden Baez case.
Reread this part of the article:

Target did not report a theft, yet the cops claim that a theft took place. So, the justification that the cops used for following these men in the first place, wasn’t supported by facts. They didn’t steal, or Target would have reported it. What is it called when someone follows someone who doesn’t want to be followed?
Stalking.
We need to retrain our minds to describe cops’ actions as what they really are. We need to use the right words to describe crimes. A crime is still a crime when a cop does it. These cops not only murdered someone, but they stalked him as well, and although stalking is a lesser crime than murder, they should be charged for that as well.
