Teenage years
The Mortician's Daughter
On the day I lost my virginity, my partner, a beautiful young man named Josh, had been dead for 12 hours. I guess that sounds kind of weird to you, right? And I guess it is kind of weird, too. But, well, when you grow up in a funeral parlour, it’s the kind of thing that can end up happening. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Growing Old is Mandatory but Growing Up is Optional
Introduction My Seven Days In Blog readings (or probably robot visits) fluctuate wildly and articles are picked up from way back that I believe are actually quite interesting, and think my Vocal audience may also enjoy dipping into.

You Laugh, You Die
I saw an advertisement of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson posted on a social media website. He returned to a store he used to steal from as a teenager. The Rock took it upon himself to pay back his debt and make good on his mistake. So he purchased all the remaining chocolate bars. I heard someone walked in and yelled "who bought all the f%#%$ Snickers bars". The Rock made sure everybody would know what it's like to go without a chocolate bar.

10 of the Strangest Things People Are Addicted To
10 of the Strangest Things People Are Addicted To Addiction is the obsessive need to carry on doing something despite the potential consequences. Every person is different, with their own preferences and dreams. Some people enjoy travelling, while others prefer to stay at home. We learn to get along through our likes and dislikes, regardless of whether we are introverts, extroverts, or somewhere in between. People have been known to become addicted to substances like narcotics, coffee, or even social media. However, you may tell someone about your daily need on coffee and it won't come out as embarrassing. Just picture meeting someone who claims to be addicted to drinking their own urine. Or another who would rather eat a piece of their brick wall than a pizza topped with pineapples grown on their lanai. Yes, these are the bizarre addictions that people have all across the world. Here is a list of some of the most bizarre substances to which people have become dependent.

Like Wheat
I was in a corner. There were too many of them around me. I didn't even have one girl by my side to help me fend off the wolves that were closing in. By wolves, I mean teenage girls. But even though I was outnumbered, I was cool. I was way cooler than they had any concept and there were reasons why I was not generally bullied by girls. It didn't matter that they were all years older than me, or that there were so many of them, or even that one of them hated me so much it was palpable. I could manage her. She was my cousin.

Abandonment Issues & feeling safe
"Hey, I've got to leave for work soon" If you've heard this statement and it hits like a punch in the gut you might have similar problems to me. I am 20 years old and constantly pondering why I feel certain emotions when specific cycles occur and where they source in my childhood.

THINGS FOUND AT ROCK STAR DEATH SCENES
THINGS FOUND AT ROCK STAR DEATH SCENES Some rock musicians are recognised as much for their flamboyant, premature, or just plain odd demises as for their great lives. Sadly, a rock star's lack of privacy often follows them into the afterlife since, as soon as they pass away, images, inquiries, and hypotheses surrounding their demise appear online. Fans will delve deeply into the stories behind the deaths of their rock idols today more than ever thanks to social media accessibility and humanity's age-old morbid fascination with death.

On the beauty of four-letter words
Four-letter words, the prompt said. Well that’s a struggle. No, not like that. I have lots of swear words swirling around my brain. I am a military-grade swearing machine. I mean, not to boast or anything, but I’m practically a walking verbal weapon. And because I swear in two different languages, my bombs land hard and shrapnel wide.
