10 important lessons
I always wanted to start my own advertising agency. So on April 12th, 2016 I went online and officially registered The Weaponry LLC. I then marched over to another website where I got a federal tax ID number. I surfed over to a Capital One’s website, where I applied for a Visa Spark Card, because my friend Dan Richards recommended that credit card for business. Finally, I headed to the bank to set up a business checking and savings account for The Weaponry. And just like that, I had birthed a business.

The sad irony of Will Smith's Chris Rock slap
On Sunday night, millions watched Hollywood icon Will Smith smack comedian Chris Rock in the face during the live Academy Awards show. Lots of people have lots of opinions about this moment, and what led up to it. On Monday, the academy said it was officially opening an investigation into the incident. Smith has since apologized; his mom said the slap was out of character; his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, has called for "healing."

My life is a movie...
My life is a movie. The only problem is, it is currently ten years before the movie starts. I find myself thinking about how my life is the typical rom-com where the girl who is in her mid thrities who has never even had a boyfriend in her life meets the love of her life half way as the moive is over. They fall in love. They get into a big fight and break up. At the end they get back together and finally live the happily ever after the girl always dreamed of but never thought she would actualy be able to get. That is not what I want in life. I always hoped that I would be married by the time I was twenty but is starting to look more and more like the rom-com senerio is more likely to happen than I am to be married this year.

The light of the hunters
The cabin sat on the edge of a lake with a large, wooded area behind it, which went on for several miles with marked trails and wild animals and a lake in front of it. A woman who was just recently divorced from her husband for being too overbearing had decided to take her twin kids, one a boy and one a girl on an old-fashioned camping trip. The kids had the option of swimming or boating in the lake, but they wanted to go exploring in the woods.
